6'2" lol. Seriously, get the frick off this board. Your post isn't funny, cute, or even slightly admirable. Your body is a reflection of your weak lifestyle, routine and mind. You are seriously a fricking piece of shit human and I have no why idea why you're even "kicking back" on the internet right now when you should be researching on how to properly train and eat. What the frick is wrong with you? Do you have any fricking goals or aspirations in life? Is this what you wanted to become? Look at your picture, it's fricking disgusting. There is not a single thing I could compliment you on. You look like a scrawny skinnyfat fricking moron. If I ever saw you in real lif I'd give you the longest fricking death stare and you know what you'd do? Look down. Because you wouldn't dare fricking challenge me, you skinnyfat skinless chicken. shit you. I refuse to allow you to be a part of this community when you don't even give a shit about fitness. What did you do today? Wake up and have a fricking bowl of sugary cereal? frick. I hate you. Do not even respond to this.

I'd honestly bulk at that point, sure you might get abs if you cut but you'll be skinny as frick with twig arms
So bulk but be smart, don't try and put on 20lbs in a month or anything stupid. Slow bulk is where its at. But just eating isnt enough, you really have to push yourself in your training. I see a lot of people bulking but they keep doing the same weight for the same reps
I wouldn't mess with anything food-wise yes unless you eat like garbage. In that case, clean it up, but like others said just start lifting more first.
Ok, so I’ve been lifting seriously for a few months - used to be 100% skelly, and people have noticed that my physique has changed, so there’s been some progress - and I try to eat as many calories as possible/have been counting protein intake. My bench is 155 for 3x5. My barbell row is about 160 for 3x5. I weigh about 190 lbs. 6’2”. What, based on this information, am I doing wrong? Not sure if I’m impatient or genuinely fricking up.
Honestly you're doing OK. I'm a little taller than you with a similar frame and if you started from skinny, which I assume you did, this is normal progress. Only take liftinf advice from people with similar leverages to you

has your progress stalled? if you keep adding weight once in a while then all's good.
the key is slow controlled progress, no need to rush it.
