        >recomp and get there slowest but get abs quicker than bulking first but slower than if you cut first

        Same end, different paths, just depends on which you want to take. Decide what you want and commit

    No I'm natty I am on creatine though. Was considering SARMS as like an alternative to roids tho. My hairline just started receding at like 21 and I'm 27 now its not a result of any drugs it's just age. It wasn't the creatine I just got back into lifting

        You've got good foundations, if you cut you'll reveal some of that muscle and look more defined, you'll look great. I'd cut to about 15% then lean bulk from there. Gonna look tasty
