Bulking

Anyone else struggle to gain size and get out of leanmode?

I'm 6'1 170lbs, 8-10% bf for 1.5 years and have been eating 3400-3900kcal a day.

I just want to gain more mass, obviously its good I can maintain being super lean but ideally I'd like to gain 5-10lbs and cut down to freaky lean like 6%

I don't believe you unless you're riddled with parasites. At least 2 of these numbers are a fabrication.

      How are you so thin?
I am 220 and same height, same build seemingly.
My biggest weight gain was - quitting smoking, quitting stress , eating more meat, lifting smarter (i settled for 5x week every morning, 2 days off, but i feel id do even better with 4x week 3 days off. I tried 2x week and tmrest - it was fine as well).

I used to be 130lbs and leanbulked for 2 years, I also walk around 10k steps a day

Post a day of meals with measurements

I eat overnight oats and oat pancakes almost every day, I've measured both. For dinner I eat whatever my parents make and I try to get more carbs in with fruit, chips, donuts tho I try to eat somewhat clean

You eat 7 cups (1.4kg) of oats every night? Your measurements are way off.

No you moron, 200g a day. I use quark, peanut butter, milk, whey and fruit

Ik haalde vroeger altijd frikandelbroodjes, ik ben ze zat. Kaneel/koffiebroodjes zijn gebaseerd

          >170 lbs

false, unless you're a professional cyclist

          eat more skelly

          Its true

          >1000kcal of oats
          >I try to get more carbs in with chips, donuts
          >I eat whatever my parents make

Your measurements are off, your diet choices make little sense (though you do look good so fair play) and you're unable to track what your parents make, there's no way you're hitting almost 4k calories a day and are unable to put on weight

I can usually track dinner too, we eat Hellofresh and they always have nutritional labels

how much cardio do you do on a daily basis...
          >Nederlander
It makes a bit more sense now. Do you cycle much? How many hrs/day?
Also do you take methamphetamines generally? Might be that your NEAT is crazy high due to leading a hyper-energetic lifestyle but still...probably miscalculating your food calories.

I walk around for work and to walk my dog, around 10k steps a day, 3-4x a week strength training, no cardio or abs

So 136 calories from the oat meal. 66 calories from 1 cup (85g) whey, 103 calories from 1 cup (286ml) milk, 188 calories from 2 tbs (32g) of peanut butter. Well it looks like we are only at 486 calories. 116 calories for a large apple. 150 gram serving of quark for another 140 calories. So 759 calories. Unless you are using a ton of peanut butter it looks like you are severely overestimating your calorie intake.

So you have no measurements. You are undershooting your calories.

Where the frick are your pecs?
What the frick am I looking at, here?
Do you even work out? Literally, it looks like the only thing you've done are curls and then starved yourself to get a sixpack, if you've spent time in the gym and this is your result then I'm sorry to say but your genetics must be trash.

I just hate eating. Idk how guys our height can get to like 220 pounds. The amount of food their eating is insane. You're shredded btw.

    I'm 6'3", 185 pounds at 15% bodyfat.

Oats are 375kcal per 100g, I use about 50g pb, whey is 110kcal. Its probably between 900-1000kcal

You must have really dense muscles. I'm 6'1, 158lbs and have visually larger muscles than that pic, and I'm maybe 14% bf

I'm not a Zoomer Sulek fanboy, but drinking chocolate milk and eating cornflakes in between meals was key to my first really successful bulk. That way I consume at least 1000kcal more with zero effort and without feeling full or fricking up my digestion. I'm fuller, stronger and get sicker pumps than ever.
