      Drain tin of juice, throw chickpeas in a bowl a add
      >chili powder
      >Garlic powder
      >Paprika
      >All spice
      toss those badboys around and then fry in a pan with some butter at medium heat for 3-5min, tossing them around to keep them from burning. Add to rice and MONCH

      meat is an actual junkfood is used in every fast food restaurant, chickpeas on the other hand are not used in fast food junk places, also anti nutrients don't matter and there's no evidence they are bad
