not the above poster, but nearly everyone is overweight and has no business bulking. if you are already above ~12% body fat all a bulk is going to do is add to that percentage with no better muscle gain than if you just maintained or even cut

Yes that's dirty bulking. Usually also done with dirty sources of calories because it is difficult to dirty bulk without calorically dense goyslop
that and if you eat at only a small surplus with garbo food you probably wont hit your macros. a mast fast food items are like 500 cals for a measly 25 g of protein
Thats not terrible. At 2500 calories (may or may not be a bulk depending on you) you’re getting 125g protein which for most people meets the bare minimum of .7g per pound lean mass

Not really. I drink 4-7 scoops of whey protein a day, that's anywhere from 80-150g of protein, so it leaves me plenty of room to fill it with quality food and lean bulk.

I'm trying to do a nice lean bulk about 1-2 lbs a month without tracking my calories. I have oatmeal in the morning, a pbj sandwich and beans while I'm at work and when I get home some eggs and a protein shake with whole milk. Maybe I'll have another meal with my family I've been cooking for them. I was supposed to start last month but I wound up gaining too much because I kept snacking on Kirkland trail mix but I think I can do better this time.

When I was 18 running SS I could do a 5k day no problem, and it served my skelly ass well.
Now that I'm quite a bit older, I put on fat easier and have a smaller appetite. Trying things at 2600-2800 per day with calisthenics and bandwork at home, aka don't need a big surplus until I hit big boy weights again.
Things with ground beef are good, and easy. If you can drink it: lots of milk.

No, it's actually time to start cutting for summer. I have around 12kg till I'm ripped. 2kg a month so thats 6 months. So I would be done in February but that would mean I'm doing calorie perfect cut for a half year straight. It's just not very realistic, there's gonna be christmas, im gonna go travel on holidays, etc. just lot of things happening in that half a year. and if i gain weight for 2 weeks on my trips its actually gonna extend the cut for 4 weeks.
So realistically I should plan ~8 months for a 6 month cut to leave room for inevitable plateuing etc. So if I start today my cut will be done in april. And I've never weighed that little, it's just my guess that 12kg is gonna be enough to be ripped. Could be 2kg more so then its may already.

After that the plan is to do a long and slow 0.25 lbs per week bulk from Oct 1 - March 1 (6 months) and from there see if I need to cut for spring or if I can keep chugging along
