        Took me about two years of lifting to think I might be able to make it.
        Don't do meme shit like calisthenics, lift as heavy as you can, and when you hit 3x8 grab a heavier weight.

        That's the reality of skinnyfat. Before becoming skinnyfat I was auschwitz mode at 57kg for 188cm (125lbs for 6ft2 in burger unit), this was due to extreme weight loss because of my Crohn's disease; At my worst I couldn't eat or even drink for two week straight without shitting blood, and it was pretty painful. When you lose weight that rapidly your muscle mass goes to shit.
        Everyone doesn't start at the same point, and just because you had it easy doesn't mean you're a weakling that doesn't know true motivation; although you certainly act like one.

          I was 45 kg Auschwitz mode at 170cm now after going to the gym and bulking I'm 60kg skinnyfat and still am a gigadyel
          I can only bench a little more than the bar

            Switch to a carnivore diet and you will never need meds again.
            Switch slowly over at least 6 weeks by reducing non-meat intake in half every week or you will fuck your gut microbiome so badly you will SUFFER.
            Bulking is a stupid meme btw, recomp is where it's at, especially if you're skinnyfat.

            Never do cardio.
            Reduce BF% with fasting.
            Kettlebell is homegym. Or dumbbells but you won't have a good hinge.
            And maybe try meditation (not the gay shit you think it is) and/or shrooms for your motivation issues? Ultimately only you can help yourself.

                Yeah more or less.
                Fasting is not starving so you won't lose muscle. Drink the snake juice to prevent cramps and shit.
                Don't fast more than 72h as a beginner, never fast more than 11 days because of the stupid diminishing returns. Fasting 72 hours or more will weaken your immune system until 2 days after refeed ( eg. 3 days fast weaker immune system from day 3 to day 5). You can stick to rolling 48's if you want. Refeed properly.
                Keep lifting during your fast, time your refeed days with your lift days.

                And stop eating: seed oil, sugar, flour, fruits, carbs, any plant matter.(in order of importance)
                Or you can keep your "balanced" diet and suffer from diabetes, up to you. Never switch your diet too quickly.

                Is recomp a meme? It sounds ideal, but also bullshit

                It's not a meme, but it's also not magical.
                Your body uses protein to build muscle, not fat. Why would you not be able to use body fat for energy and exogenous proteins to build muscle and bone?
                Of course if you eat the goyslop (aka anything but meat, fish, eggs and dairy; muh whole food is a dumb meme for tards) and aren't fat adapted it's not as good.

    Had this problem. My issue was a lack of progressive overload and not committing to bulking/cutting.

    I spent all my time half-assing a diet, so I never put on muscle, but also didn't lose much weight.

      im in the same boat right now, I'm jobless and living with an old man and someone who's on a diet trying to lose weight. I'm able to reach my protein/carb goal daily but I have serious issues hitting a calorie surplus without dirty bulking.

    It's all genetics.
    There are naturally strong people, so it's only logical that there are naturally weak people.

    I don't know what it is exactly, but surely a combination of genes and problems with growth during my teenage years.
    My wrists and arms are smaller than my mother, I weigh less than my mother, who isn't particularly fat.
    My upper body including arms did not develop properly, even though I had normal average physical activity during my childhood until teenage years.

    Had a phase of 1 year when I regularly did bodyweight exercises, but did not gain weight anyways.
    No point if not injecting all sorts of anabolics and growth hormone.

    It is what it is.

    I'm starting to slowly but surely making headway towards escaping this mode.
    It was especially bad for me because I had (and have) zero pecs so I carry the extra fat even more notably. I still haven't benched more than 100lb for reps but I'm getting there. Arm work is memed hard here but it's made me look ever so slightly more proportional
