Before becoming skinnyfat I was auschwitz mode at 57kg for 188cm (125lbs for 6ft2 in burger unit), this was due to extreme weight loss because of my Crohn's disease; At my worst I couldn't eat or even drink for two week straight without shitting blood, and it was pretty painful. When you lose weight that rapidly your muscle mass goes to shit.
Everyone doesn't start at the same point, and just because you had it easy doesn't mean you're a weakling that doesn't know true motivation; although you certainly act like one.

Fasting is not starving so you won't lose muscle. Drink the snake juice to prevent cramps and shit.
Don't fast more than 72h as a beginner, never fast more than 11 days because of the stupid diminishing returns. Fasting 72 hours or more will weaken your immune system until 2 days after refeed ( eg. 3 days fast weaker immune system from day 3 to day 5). You can stick to rolling 48's if you want. Refeed properly.
Keep lifting during your fast, time your refeed days with your lift days.
And stop eating: seed oil, sugar, flour, fruits, carbs, any plant matter.(in order of importance)
Or you can keep your "balanced" diet and suffer from diabetes, up to you. Never switch your diet too quickly.

My wrists and arms are smaller than my mother, I weigh less than my mother, who isn't particularly fat.
My upper body including arms did not develop properly, even though I had normal average physical activity during my childhood until teenage years.
Had a phase of 1 year when I regularly did bodyweight exercises, but did not gain weight anyways.
No point if not injecting all sorts of anabolics and growth hormone.
I did 5x5, but every time i started i got to the point where i didn't know if i should bulk or cut and that's totally unproductive. i guess i want a second opinion to just start doing something and stick to it

It was especially bad for me because I had (and have) zero pecs so I carry the extra fat even more notably. I still haven't benched more than 100lb for reps but I'm getting there. Arm work is memed hard here but it's made me look ever so slightly more proportional
