can a woman become as physically strong as a man using the same exercise routine and diet?

can a woman become as physically strong as a man using the same exercise routine and diet? Let's say you take two people with identical genetic backgrounds and similar genetic markers and give them the same equipment, food, and time to train. They are also both the exact same height and weight when they start.
>they both have access to the same equipment and are given two coaches to instruct them
>they also have their meals planned out to be the exact same. They are consuming the exact same amount of calories, protein, carbohydrates, and micronutrients
>they sleep for the same amount of time
>they are given one year
Will they both reach the same target bodyweight and muscle growth?

OP is trolling but staying within rules. It's either to slide, make guys hate girls or for attention.

It's also an interesting debate, but quickly becomes semantic in my opinion. That is, a woman can, for example, jump higher than a man, but if you took a random sample of 1,000 men and 1,000 women, your average result for male vs female might be different. Thus OP has phrased his question such that we have to take 'a woman' and 'a man' and compare them, but then qualified his comparison to a hypothetical scenario where the two individuals are genetically 'similar'. It's ambiguous from the start, and based on a (presumably purposefully) flawed understanding of how two individuals can differ.

If the woman has good genetics then yes. There are girls who frequent this board who've achieved 1234 in similar time frames as many guys (within half a year).

Quit seeing woman as a female and a man as a male.
Men are Human A and woman are Human B. A are better than B at everything, A are the superior form of B in every single metric. If A didn't need B to continue existing, B would've went completely extinct a long time ago. Thats why B will use the only leverage that it has (being able to bear children) to justify it's existence. If we give power to B beyond their scope we as a society will collapse.

A man and woman of the same genetic background (say, fraternal twins) won't be the same height and weight. Or if they are, it's because the man ia malnourished or the woman is fat. And even if the contrivances of the problem were just given, the man will more easily add muscle and endurance from his training, while the woman will be more likely to injure herself trying to keep up.

    >can a woman become as physically strong as a man using the same exercise routine and diet?
Women and men train and diet similar. What works for a man works for a woman. What works for a woman works for a man. The biological differences between men and women means that men usually are stronger. But if you where to do as you say and train women and men the same then there would be some instances of where the women would make better gains then the man because individual differences. Although most cases the man would get better gains than the women.

Women can become physically very strong naturally but they won't be stronger than a natural man of the same height/weight. Reason being, men have test. Test increases bone mass, muscle insertion, growth, etc. Without gear a woman just simply peaks before a man. As evidence, look at olympic lifting. Most intermediate lifters can do more than female gold medalists. This isn't to say women are weak, but their peak occurs much sooner.

Only if you define "same genetics" as the woman is a genetic freak who can build muscle like a man, or the man has low T, to the point he has trouble building muscle. Otherwise, a normal woman has to train for years to be as strong as a healthy man who casually lifts weights here and there. Even then, she might need the help of PEDs.

Only if by "untrained" you mean "active normie". Even a citygay who plays frisbee is going to have more leg muscle than most lifer girls, but the dudes sitting down 24/7 with no life have no leg or back muscles and thus no power.

No women have less upper body muscle due to their mammaries and less body muscle overall due to their extra organs. Additionally, the higher levels of estrogen during puberty causes their bones to be less dense and therefore weaker
