it's possible but it would take hard work for years
so you probably won't get it because you instantly latched onto what you see as the path of least resistance

just buy some dumbells, you can do a ton with them, and go find a pull up bar outside somewhere, they are relatively common near basketball courts and schools. it still takes years of work for this btw so dont expect it to be fast unless u roid out.

Roids are also snuck in along with regular drugs in prison

That's not what I was replying to. That guy was claiming that they only did calisthenics (which he spelled incorrectly "calesthenics"), which is categorically untrue.

It was an addendum to the information provided

Gotcha. Hopefully none of us ever have to use our prison wallet

California removed all the fitness equipment in prisons in 1998, Georgia removed them, Arizona removed them after someone used the equipment as weapons assaulting another inmate. So it'll probably vary by state, prison security level and it definitely varies by country.

Get a doorway pull-up bar and hang a set of gymnastic rings from it. Costs under $50 us. Pullups, ring dips, pushups and ring rows will get you like 80% of the way there in 6 months if you're already thin, maybe 9-12 if you need to cut. Finding a cheap used pair of dumbbells is the last piece to the puzzle.

Ottermode needs dumbbells for delt sculpting and hitting arms in specific ways. Another thing is that must of them are still roiders…and you need the right genetics for a good v taper. It’s not easy as a natty, much less calisthenics natty. Oh, and you need a good trap builder.

Nah you can hit delts with handstand pushups or pike pushups, maybe bands for lat raises

Front delts, sure. Side delts? Yea bands I guess. A lightweight pair of dbs for shoulders never hurt.
