What's with the uptick in reddit finger pointing lately? I've noticed a huge surge across nearly all boards over the past few months. I've called "first posts" top replies for years on IST and it's never elicited this sort of reaction.

Uh... Hmmm... I'd love to see what you consider a 5 or a 9 to be lmaoooo. Op has very generous fat placement genetics and his arms look decent on his frame but that's about it, abd that's mainly because of how untrained and slim his frame actually is that make arms look better by comparison. This is an unironic dyel physique.
This fasting stuff drives me crazy. Some people do it and just lose fat while others lost every single muscle cell they have after like a week of fasting. I'm tempted to try it since I've got the last but of stomach fat to lose and it's really hard to get rid off but it'd suck to lose all my gains, I'd rather be builtfat than slim with no muscle
when you fast you hgh spikes so you dont lose muscle. if this doesnt happen for you then maybe you have some kind of hormornal problem from eating too much goyslop and micro plastics.
if you're not fat you should be able to get shredded by maintaining your routine and cutting out carbs. i dont walk around shredded, but can always get there in like 2-3 weeks if i want to. would just not drink, restrict carbs, make sure i get good sleep, not eat out, no sugar, and be a little more consistent with cardio than I usually am. the body fat i maintain is like borderline abs, abs with good lighting/angle but not without (and they disappear for a bit after heavy drinking or eating a bunch of pizza or whatever). im not huge but im past like 1/2/3/4, best lift is 265x5 on bench. 6'3" ~205 lbs 24 yrs old.
dude just do it.realize that eating garbage and not working out is literally pathetic. it's pathetic gay/woman behavior, just fucking stop. don't be a slave to the short term rush of eating goyslop, nothing tastes as good as being in shape and being hot feels. since I actually got ripped in the last year or so i get compliments from girls all the time get approached constantly if i go to bars/clubs. so much better than being a pathetic gay eating pizza or whatever.
find food you really like that isn't so carb heavy. i fucking love sushi eat it all the time but eating sushi 1-2x a week will not make you fat like italian food or whatever will.
Well, every 3-4 months or so I end up vomitting my guts out. I don't know why. I wake up, I feel sick, and I start projectile vomitting the entire day.
My stomach then isn't right for a week or two so I barely eat anything.
So from that experience I can tell you that you will lose muscle and fat fast.

I work out all the time but the food is too good. I need my heavy calorie weekends.

How high is ops bf%? Would be 18% realistic. I look quite similar and try to go down to 10% right now but can’t assess my bf
