Assuming you don't have any prior experience with lifting, here's some important things to consider.
You WILL get DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness), they won't go away in time for your next workout (specially on your legs), but you have to lift anyways, just watch your form and do a proper warmup (as in, don't skip your warmup sets). The DOMS will get worse and worse during the first week, but they will get MUCH better (or even completely disappear) around the second week.
Eat well and sleep enough, diet and rest are as important as lifting.
Finally, if you plan to do this while being a hungry skeleton, just know that you will most likely end up looking like a t-rex or a femboy.
