        Done every single day with an emphasis on protein and a carb intake at 20% of calories, yes. Walk even more than that if you can.

      Never done a cut , I know I’m way past due. I been recomping for ages, but my lifts aren’t too bad
      Im eating near 2100 cals a day (which is prob way too much for my height)
      How long would I be cutting for?
      And should I go about implementing the cardio like the other guy said? 10-15k steps?

      I’m around 166 in this photo. I’m guessing I’d need to get to 140 to see abs / flat stomach?

        140lb would be reasonable to have a nice stomach at 5'5". You may even achieve it sooner than that depending on your ab insertions
        >meals
        I'd recommend eating 1700kcal per day on your cut and upping your protein a little to help with muscle sparing so you keep the gains you've gotten so far. 4-5 meals each day would do the trick. Make your meals lean protein and vegetable forward to keep yourself full and content all day
        >how long and how fast
        You'll more than likely be cutting for around 3-4 months to get to the low 140s. You'll be losing around 1-1.5lb per week between the cutting and getting your steps in. If progress slows down you can always eat a little less or take slightly longer walks. Don't go crazy on cutting calories though. You'll go back to dyel status if you crash diet. Like 100kcal less per day if you want to lower it at some point

        10k steps is a good starting point. 15k is even better. To make it easier to get steps in, taking a short walk after each of your meals and taking time in the morning and evening for a 30 minute walk would get your steps well above 10k per day
