well if you wanna take this seriously then you can fix this... you are really fat so those breasts might go away but its also possible that you have gyno, have you checked with your doctor? go check.. he will probably tell you to take a sono and you will see if its just fat or if its actual enlarged gland... if its gland, you should start saving money for tit surgery and possibly even for lose skin surgery... as you lose weight you should use some kind of moisturizer, buy some coconut oil and slap it on yourself so your skin is elastic... keep in mind you will take longer to have that nice ideal body but you can look "normal" very fast... dont fall for the "bulk meme"... if you lift and lift and wont lose weight - you will get bored because you will not see any progress... what you need to do is cut first, you can workout but you need to get skinny - that will be a visible progress for you, which will give you more motivation to do more... but seriously, you need to accept it will all take several years and go the long route

I’d lift a little bit if I were you. If you are in a calorie reduction you will lose weight even if you lift. Lifting plus high protein will force the weight lost to be mainly fat, which will speed it up actually. That’s why I suggest weighing only once a week and use a tape measured for your waist. It will give you better feedback than stepping on the scale every day. I’ve lost a lot of weight and lifting helped me do it in a way that was more enjoyable.

Sure you can go ultra low calorie on some keto diet, never lift, and because a shrunken down but still out of shape version of yourself. But I don’t recommend it. Don’t try shortcuts. You want to do this to look good for the rest of your life. Not just spring break week.

Damn dude. I’m 26 and I’ve still got as slim a body as when I was in my first years of college. I literally just run a couple times a week, lift once a week (I have injured TFCCs otherwise I’d lift more often) and not eat like shit.

What led to this body of yours? It’s reversible as frick as long as you put in the work but just curious

    goyslop
Man I wish jannies would sticky a thread and inform people about the dangers of goyslop

Goyslop is what gives you b***h breasts, love handles, puffy face, double neck and a flabby appearance. Goyslop is everywhere. I'm too lazy to explain because I just worked out but holy shit, after monitoring my own body I noticed that goyslop is the worst. And I'm including everything in this. Bread made with sugar and vegetable/canola/corn/onions oil is also bad. People just don't know. Today I went to the store and looked at ingredient in like 100 packaged products and all of them had vegetable/canola/corn/onions oil. I also looked at people buying them and they all look like shit (except the young ones).

checked, this... yea you really need to just eat vegetables, good meat, eggs, some rice, potatoes, etc... as we go deeper into globohomosexual world, you need to eat cleaner, it is how it is, soon you will have bugs in everything too

Exactly this. If you eat only this you will be good:
        >meat
        >organs
        >eggs
        >some fruits (in summer mostly)
        >some vegetables here and there
        >potatoes here and there
        >cook only with ghee, butter, lard or olive oil
        >avoid sugar

hey i saw you in a fat thread a while ago. just curious how many times do you think you fell off the wagon on your journey from left to right

        Anonymous

Zero times. I'd pig out when I visited family sometimes, but I was fine with that and planned to do it. Not gonna be an autist and refuse good food/company.

So I'd enjoy time with family and eating too much good food, and then I'd be back to my normal routine the next day. No big deal.

okay cool i guess thats what i was more or less asking. ive been following 1300-1500 per day pretty religiously but when i hang out with friends or family ill eat probably closer to 2-2.5k and then try to tone i back the rest of the week.

          inspiring results bro

Yeah, I don't consider that falling off the wagon. I would call falling off the wagon just giving up for some stretch of time.

Some of the autists on this board act like you can't have any fun when you're trying to get fit, or eat too much.

It's life dude, go out and enjoy that shit. Not a big deal if you overeat now and then, as long as "now and then" isn't multiple days every week. Maybe each time slows you down from reaching your goals by a day or two, but its a marathon not a sprint, and you'll be happier in the long run.

Except I did. See attached logs. 34 weeks for 76.5 lbs, which is an average of 2.25 lb/week. A bit faster than is ideal, but certainly not impossible. Just because you can't do it, doesn't mean other people can't.

what's weight in left and right? also how tall? sick progress

Is loose skin much of an issue? Were you fat recently or for a long time? I hear it's worse if you're overweight for longer periods.

        Anonymous

I got fat when I got out of the military, but it took a couple years to get chubby, and a couple more to get to my fattest. So 7 years of significant chubbiness and 2-3 years of being a real fat frick.

I don't really have stretch marks except a few around my armpits, which I dont care about, and some around my hips, but they are minor and hard to see.

I actually only have loose skin in one spot, and that's the bottom of my ass lol. But its not bad at all—at least not anything like the skin drapes you see on some people—and no one sees it. And I just need to build up my glutes and that will nearly or entirely fix that problem. So I'm not worried about it.

Cool, I'm roughly the same weight and height as you starting and I was worried I would end up like some of those people who have flesh aprons.

I imagine you'll be fine. Still, even if I did have a ton of loose skin, I'd take that over being a fatass again. Look like shit either way, might as well be healthier, and there's always surgery if its too much.

Yea. And what to do is quite simple. But it will take a LOT of time. Just be patient. You’ll want to lose a lot of fat by reducing calories and walking; but you’ll also want to keep it even gain muscle by eating higher protein and lifting weight. Do the following for 3 months then take another pic and reassess:
    >walk 20-30 min daily outside
    >start a basic lifting program (starting strength or other). Go for 3x a week at first. Increase to 4x or more after a few months. Don’t overdo it. Watch plenty of form videos online. Or even get a coach if you have the money. You can drop the coaching once you have the form.
    >calculate maintenance calories. Subtract 500 from this. That is the amount of calories you should eat.
    >get two scales: a food scale and body scale
    >count calories using the food scale. Get used to thinking in grams, which is more accurate than cups or ounces.
    >count protein intake. Ensure you are getting nearly 1g per pound. Focus on meat and dairy sources (Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, whey, lean beef, chicken, turkey, eggs). But don’t forget beans can be a great source of fiber.
    >to help counting calories and protein, get an app that helps you track
    >don’t worry about carbs vs fat. Just keep protein high, fiber high, total calories low. Personally low carb makes me lose more muscle. But eat the ratio of carbs and fat you enjoy
    >use the body scale to weigh yourself once a week. Keep track. Weighing yourself more will frustrate you as the weight fluctuates a lot daily and has nothing to do with body fat
    >measure your waist size when you weigh yourself. Pay more attention to that.
    >when you eat out: count calories as best you can. Make better food choices. Limit eating out because it’s hard to do right on a diet. Don’t sweat it if you mess up one day a week at dinner. But don’t go crazy. Learn to eat slowly, better and less.
    >aim to lose about .5-1.5lb a week.

Is it physiologically possible for you to build an impressive physique? Yes.

Is someone who had the habits and genetics that allowed themselves to get to that point likely to have the willpower and discipline to achieve anything notable? If I was betting my own money, I'd bet against you ever making it, sorry.
