Short term? Yes
Long term? No
My eyes are hurting, wtf
What kind of meth is that? Ice? Ours looks pure powder like coke
meth is cristaly, like sugar but upscaled
you arent taking meth you are taking speed lmao
>speed
>not meth
what?
Amphetamine is a powder, methamphetamine is crystalline. You arent actually doing meth.
>.t was a junkie when I was younger
No
You begin to eat your own muscles. Major atrophy. No sleep which means no muscle recovery. All of your joints develop adhesions to protect them as your muscles waste away. I smoked meth for 1 year 2018-2019 (little in 2020) and stopped working out completely because it was time I could be smoking meth lmao. Got to the point where I couldn't jog a quarter mile without stopping. Before I started smoking meth I had run 5 marathons.
I do think you can use meth to break the body down so that you have to relearn how to use it. I wasn't as conscious of all of my muscles/body parts until the stopped working properly because all of my muscles had wasted. Everything became dysfunctional due to meth abuse and I've had to basically rehab myself for 2 years due to the 1 year I spent using meth.
Picrel is real cardio not methed out cardio
whats the longest you went with no sleep? and how did experience it when you stayed awake for days?
5 days. 120 hours straight. I was lucid the whole time, no hallucinations or bullshit. The ONLY downside was the effect of gravity on muscles with no sleep. Spine compresses and muscles fatigue. Even eye muscles fatigued and I could not focus on things close to my face.
A person will start going into psychosis if you use all the time. I went through a 1/4 oz a week. Stay up for 4 to 5 days on average. cat nap. Back at it soon as I woke up. Slept for like 3 weeks at numerous points. Would wake up occasionally and eat all my buddies food, cereal in particular and lights out/back to sleep. Get a cravings for sugar. Had a bolt action and pistol grip short barrel rifle nearby delusional af seeing people who weren't there. It can get bad if it gets out of control. Have a permanent hundred yard stare now lol. Used for over 20 years though so take that into consideration maybe.
You prob look gross now. Reminds me of the singer from days of the new
1 year of meth doesn't affect your looks that much kid, obviously it will affect your body but most of the damage is psychological
that's rough, how did you manage to stop? I'm doing amphetamines recreationally for at least 15 years now, with worse times and better times. In the beginning it was just for partying, later I had 4 day sessions where I took huge amounts and edged to pornography for literally days. Although "only" did it ~10-15 times a year (in the worst times) and stopped doing it for a while now, I still think it has done some severe damage to my brain chemistry.
Yeah methturbation is no joke. Basically I got to the point where I just smoked it 5am to 2am everyday for a couple months then got arrested in my car with possession. Got away with just a DUI, lost my license, thanked God that shit is illegal because a third party had to get me off of it.
It's been 2 years now. With good diet and exercise and pure abstinence your brain chemistry will be fine. For me, long distance running is the great mental reset. I keep blood flowing and oxygen coming in for hours on end, and with that, your brain can heal and your muscles straighten out, running like that is a question of Left/Right balance which you lose on stims. Find balance and train your balance. I quit smoking cigarettes 2 weeks ago and now I can run 3-4 hours straight. It all boils down to oxygen and circulation which meth/cigarettes totally block.
Bit rambly there i just woke up from a deep post-run slumber tehe meth was great fun would recommend however if you don't quit after 45 days you will have a lot of work to do coming off it.
If you do enough you can do it for the rest of your life.
Good meth is light blue
I smoked meth for 2 years after I no longer had the income to support my coke habit (I worked in high finances/banking and literally EVERYBODY in my department was on some sort of stim, we would even do lines in the parking lot before long company meetings).
I quit it all the same week one of my tooth cracked in half. Later that month I had to have 2 more pulled out (my front teeth are still perfect, thank God). So yeah, it's not a good idea. Just stick to strong coffee if you want an appetite suppressant. Or just man the frick and do 1hr cardio 5x/week like the rest of us.
Watching LivePD/On Patrol I've notced meth heads are decently lean and muscular for drug addicts. Being jacked on speed probably keeps their muscles tense so they get some passive muscle activation. Then they'll eat and sleep for 3 days straight after their high.
>Can flooding your brain with dopamine equate exercising?
I know this is just a troll, but... let's break it down. In the *very* short term, meth will replicate some of the cosmetic benefits of running... you will be skinnier. That's about it. Besides that, it will:
>raise your blood pressure in dangerous ways that deteriorate your cardiovascular health over the long term
>dry out your mouth by basically halting the production of saliva, giving you the most foul breath imaginable and rotting out your teeth. That's why so many meth users have lost teeth, have grey rotting teeth, and diseased receding gums... google "meth mouth"
>turbocharges obsessive/compulsive/repetitive behavior, which for many people means pulling out hair, scratching self, etc
>you won't sleep and you will experience paranoid delusions that will make you unable to tell what is actually going on
>give you crawling sensations under the skin and itchiness that will have you clawing at your skin... another very common meth problem. Combined with the way meth will turbocharge obsessive compulsive behavior, you end up with awful scratches and sores and cuts all over. Google a long-term meth addict and notice all these wounds and shitty skin
>as a dopaminergic drug, expect it to cause massive oxidative stress throughout your bodily tissues--- i.e. you will age faster and look older in every tissue, like your hair will thin/fall out, skin will turn to shit, etc etc
>it will blow out your dopaminergic system so you will never know the feeling of reward, ever again. It is also massively neurotoxic so there's really no limit to the collateral damage it can/will cause in your brain
Meth and heroin are the two drugs nobody should ever try. Not even to experiment with.
Everyone thinks they have enough self-control to leave it with that one time, but most people don't
true
and once you do meth just one time your brain is never the same
Truth, I only did meth once, (for like 8 hours though) but that came at the end of several months of snorting a lot of Adderall.
Ive done crack, meth, heroin, coke, and more and I am a normie making 6 figures though. some of my friends got addicted and died though. do not recommended
damn I made a lot of typos. This is what years of drug abuse does, boys
you are, however, a massive homosexual and that's even worse
well i'm agreeing with the person so whats your point here
Maybe for your heart.. but not for very long.
Nah it constricts the blood vessels too much. I went for a 10min jog one time after smoking a bunch of meth and my knees turned blue. No circulation down there. Very scary moment I didn't know what to do about blue knees
