No, eventually you will unironically become dehydrated if you only drink milk and only milk

87% water from milk, not effective for maintaining peak hydration, you will become hydrated to an extent eventually

I was dying of thirst just now, but I have OCD and don't want to deal with the faucet right now, I also needed kcal anyway, so I decided to have a carton of milk (1L). I was thinking if it, perhaps, would solve my hydration as well?

Yeah, as long as you get a glass of water eventually, you'll be fine

This has to be bait. Milk is far more hydrating than filtered water because it contains tons of potassium and sodium. Water will dehydrate you if you just drink water and eat nothing.

    bros I'm so happy
I thought I couldn't drink milk because my shit came out weird
turns out, it's because I didn't move enough
I can drink liters of milk and digest it just fine, which is great because I love milk
maybe it was moronic of me to assume otherwise with my turkic-mongol genes

Yes, just drink more of it. In 1000ml of milk there is 870ml of water. So to get your 2500ml of water a day you just need to drink roughly 3000ml of milk.

While milk is 87% water, the body has to use internal hydration to break down and process the nutrients from milk, so no, you will end up dehydrated in the long run, so drink some water

HEY DIPSHIT< THERE'S WATER IN THE MILK TO BREAK IT DOWN IN THE FIRAST PLACE AND IT CERTAINLY DOESNT NEED 100% OF IT. WHERE DO YOU THINK THE REST GOES? INTO THE AETHER?

You're not considering the fact that the remaining water left from digesting isn't enough to fully keep you fully hydrated

Just drink more moron. You're literally stating that milk is dehydrating otherwise. Fricking morons man

      This has been proven false.
Just like people who say coffee dehydrates you.
The water added from the coffee offsets the dehydration of having to filter out the coffee.

high amounts of caffiene act like as a diuretic tho.
When I was drinking like 10 cups of coffee a day (working night shift etc) I was drinking like 2.5 gallons of water a day lol

Yea pretty much. Infact you'd die quicker on a diet of only milk to a diet of only water.. Just sayin

Yes, but for hydration it's better to just drink whey.

Leave your raw milk in a glass jar to ferment at room temperature for several days, and the solids will separate.
Scoop them out and filter them. You'll be left with a yellowish liquid that tastes like citrus and is highly probiotic.

Note: this only works with real milk (raw milk). Fake burned milk from the grocery store will cause you extreme food poisoning if you leave it to ferment.
