        NO

Here's what is supposedly bad about the ingredients. This is what they say....
CARBONATED WATER changes the pH of your mouth, which causes tooth decay worse than sugar. I know because Diet Coke fricked up my teeth, not anything else.
ERYTHRITOL is a sugar alcohol made from corn fiber. A VERY recent study used fat obese people and tried to blame their condition and all the heart issues from vaccines on erythritol, even though the body increases the natural production of ERYTHRITOL when in a damaged state like a fat unhealthy person. Nothing wrong with it.
TAURINE, literally great for you. Helps burn calories and increase brain activity.
CAFFEINE, is a vassal constrictor and damages your brain and heart vessels.

NTA for the most part its fine but canned carbonated beverages are acidic because they put phosphoric acid in it.

if its just sparkling water then its just water with carbon dioxide in the liquid medium, totally fine.

Then it's just very poor wording. Canned drinks are le bad because it's in aluminum first and foremost

incorrect. Caffeine is a vasodilator. That is specifically how it works to increase blood flow and eliminate migraines which are caused by vasoconstriction.

    >drinks a mix of 10+ chemical sweeteners
    >it has 0 calories bro, why does it matter bro
Because there are many things outside of calories that matter to calorie intake. If you are sick you cannot eat properly. If you stomach is in bad shape, you cannot process calories properly.
0 calorie drinks do the following

    >zero nutritional value
    >tooth erosion
    >diabetes (yes, without pure sugar it still fricks with you)
    >Increased risk of heart disease
    >Increased risk of kidney disease
    >Could alter your gut microbiome

Milk is obviously not zero calorie and its legitimate nutrient filled food so thats terrible comparison, water is better. I'd say its honestly not that deep at all, if you order a pizza what do you like to drink with it more? Water or diet soda? probably the diet soda for 99,9999% of people. Whenever you drink diet soda, you crave salty food, you want to eat more, there is connotation with eating chips, candy etc with diet soda.

If I now drink 1L of water I dont crave anything at all. It doesnt increase my appetite at all. It takes it away if something. But if I grab 1L of ice cold diet soda Im fricking order slop 100% no questions asked. Im STARVING.

If something has 0 calories it just means it didn't produce any extra heat when burnt in a bomb calorimeter (a device for measuring calories).

This says nothing about a food's impact on your body: how much sustenance/nutrition you're able to get from it or what impact it has on your hormones.

From what I've heard artificial sweeteners have the exact same effect on our insulin levels as actual sugar. They just don't produce heat when burnt in a fire ¯_(ツ)_/¯

TLDR: Calories are a scam. Artificial sweeteners are a scam. Just don't consume goyslop. Simple as.

No it's all foods. A few years back I was in Disney World at the Crystal Palace; an all you can eat restaurant. Out of grim curiosity I wondered what would happen if, just this once, I didn't count calories and did just eat "all I could eat." I ended up eating about four pounds of prime rib and (what would have been two cups dried) of mashed potatoes. I was still hungry after that and cut myself off, despite the fact I had eaten close to 6000 calories in one meal. I know that this is hard for you to get, as you probably have autism, but everyone is different. Just because your hunger signals work a certain way, doesn't mean everyone's hunger signals work that way.

YES, LOSING WEIGHT INVOLVES "EATING" YOUR OWN BODY FOR SUSTENANCE.
Mostly fat - but also muscle.
And if you lose weight via fasting - you will also "eat" excess skin as well as any harmful buildup in organs and even potential tumors.

Fasting - what normie pigs call "starvation" - is just about the healthiest thing you can do for your body apart from exercising

The dose makes the poison. As far as vices go, it's probably one of the better ones, as it, at worst, just strains your heart as a stimulant and slightly changes the pH of your body temporarily until the acid is neutralized.

Artificial sweeteners do not cause the release of insulin an any appreciable quantity as the release of insulin is a physical reaction to the presence of sugars in the blood. Without the correct molecules there, the insulin will not be released. Artificial sweeteners are not the correct shape.

This is the type of logic you use when you use calories as a metric for diet instead of eating according to how the body actually works, and not what's combusted in a bomb calorimeter.

You're missing the point entirely. Slow down, process information. The reality is, big companies have an interest in being mentioned as much as possible by as many people as possible, and they're not above throwing millions of dollars at it even if it's inefficent. That's still a good deal for them.

People will tak about muh artificial sweeteners and such, but it's mostly bullshit. Energy drinks don't really have any particularly vile shit added to them, it's mostly vitamins, flavors, taurine, citric acid, none of that really matters, none of it is proven to cause any adverse effects.

The actual problem is they are pretty fricking high in caffeine. One can of your pic is 140 mg. That's basically the same as an average double espresso. How many people do you know that chug several double espressos in a day on a regular basis? Because I do know morons that drink several monsters almost everyday. People forget that caffeine is a drug, even if a relatively mild one. Coffee is not good for you.

used to drink 4 of them a day, costs money so i switched to flavored caffeine tablets and i rotate them with water, so i stay under 300mg caffeine a day which is half of what i consumed a day.
also saving a shit ton of money avoiding the cans.

The answer to a bad sleep schedule is always to return to a good sleeping schedule immediately, short term issues be damned.

You are going back to bed and try your best to fall asleep, even if it means you lie awake until morning. You then go up and stay awake until 10 pm on the next day.
      >inb4 but lying awake for hours is boring

the fake sugar still activates the same response as real sugar, insofar as that it makes your body use glucose before fat, so it's extremely hard to burn fat with this. Furthermore if you're not eating a diet with carbs (ie glucose) your body will break down any protein you're eating and if it has none of that it will break down muscle all before it touches your fat reserves.

So yes it's bad for you.
As far as caffeine and B vitamins, you'll just pee out any excess, some people say it raises cortisol which also affects fat loss. I love these things but I'd say they're objectively bad.

Yeah? What's your point? Are you saying it's OK to have more drinks that frick up your teeth because some drinks already do anyway? Ever heard this thing called "in moderation"?
I'm not saying energy drinks are bad, I literally posted how you can benefit from them. I'm implying too much is bad. Let's read together
        >Too much caffeine
        >TOO MUCH
see? If you have TOO MUCH caffeine it's bad. And with energy drinks "too much" is easy achievable.
        >fizzy drinks are bad for your teeth
Just a warning, since some people are unaware of this.
