      carbs like bread, pasta, rice, etc. are staple foods of many peoples because they are easy to grow and calorically dense, but they arent that nutritious, regardless i eat plenty of pasta/rice/bread/flour/maize meal, its mainly just eaten for calories.

      carbs like fruit are based and i dont think theres any valid criticism for fruits
      veggies overrated, usually not appetizing on their own, few calories, not that nutritious compared to fruit, meat, dairy except for potaters, carrots, peas, corn which are all great.

      God cursed us to be slaves when we were stripped of our right to the garden of Eden, man is cursed to slave and work the land in order to survive, ie. we stopped being hunter gatherers ages ago.
      also rock bashing for hunting? I dont think any rural tribe that we know of does that
      all your ancestors survived and thrived because they were able to reliably grow food for calories, ie. simple grains.
      grains are far more efficient than any meat or dairy or fruit.

    Because idiots eat refined carbs that don't satisfy hunger or micronutrient needs, but stimulate dopamines, and so OVEREAT them.
    Problem is, we're selectively selecting fruits and vegs to be sweeter and not to care too much about bad soil (so, less micros), so eventually ANY carb will be bad.
    For the time being, the less sweet fruits might still be good (because they're expected to be somewhat sweet), and potatoes too. Corn and rice are fricked, grain is getting there.

    Fat = Hormones
    If you don't hard labour for 8 hours a day you don't need that much energy which will most likely be stored as bodyfat because your body can just shuttle it to fat cells without transforming it into glucose.

    Carbs are good for you but you shouldn’t have too many.

    It’s a very simple equation based on calories, make sure you eat less calories then you burn.

    Take a multivitamin with your dinner and eat a slice of whole grain bread.

    It’s that easy
