Can this even be fixed?

5'11 154lbs, back in the gym for just over a month since my unvaccinated ass is allowed back into society again. I've noticed my left and right pecs are two different sizes. Is this just a muscle imbalance I can address with a routine or is it for life. Tell me it's cancer so I can just zap it with chemo drugs for mad gainz

How is it that we have these bulging stomachs OP? I weigh almost 20 lbs less than you. I'm a bit shorter, but even at being at the lower end of BMI, I have the exact level of stomach fat. Do you need to be seriously underweight to have a flat stomach?

        well I dont know bro
        if you notice this
you might be able to fix it
        tricep size
        look at those homies
your bigger chest has a smaller tricep
and your smaller chest has a bigger tricep
try doing isolations and focus on chest and triceps respectively

it's more about brain connection shit
on one side you focus on chest
            and on the other
            on tricep
focus on the smaller chest to make it grow

I normally do t bar rows. Flat bench with a barbell and close gripped. Occasionally I'll use dumbbells instead

This is the leanest I've ever been. I'll be 145ish by the end of july of my diet doesn't go to shit

it's more about brain connection shit
on one side you focus on chest
      and on the other
      on tricep

Yeah I visualize them working together like you say lmao. Might need to up my dumbbell game so one side isn't over compensating the

this can be salvaged in a year and I think you can actually look pretty fricking good if you train hard. you just need to lift and for the love of god fix your fricking posture, your shoulders are disgustingly internally rotated. you're gmi as long as you put in the work.

Yeah I've noticed something with my shoulders, was thinking about Going to physio because I have no fricking clue lmao. A year isn't bad, I'm doing a 4 day push pull right now and row 5km on my rest days

      Yes

press your shoulders back I can see from your wrist and arms position your hands are turned in and it's making your chest and shoulders look more narrow

My thumbs point towards my body at rest. Are you telling me I have to keep the rotated 90 degrees out

No fricking way you’re only 154 lbs at 5’ 11”

      Cope

      post-training regimen and nutrition.

Push a: Back squats flat bench dumbell OHP leg extensions lateral raises dips
Pull a: Conv. Deadlift t bar rows pull ups lateral rows and rear delt flyes
Push b: leg press barbell OHP barbell lunges close gripped bench press
Pull b: deadlift variation (rack pulls, rdls, stiff legged, sumo..) whatever I'm on the mood for really. Good mornings, lat pull downs, shrugs, pull ups.
I'm a pedestrian that has a 10km commute to walk everyday and on my rest days I row 5km.
My nutrition is shit. I don't eat grains or processed foods so my diet is high in nuts (my trail mix right now is cashews almonds walnuts and peanuts)
Lottaa fresh berries and fruit. I fry up some pork or chicken whenever I'm hungry I don't count calories but I lose a little over a pound a week. I take pre workout and whey shakes daily as supplements but that's about it

You can get a lot more gains by standing on the balls of your feet and rotating your chest open with your shoulders so that your thumbs point away from your body and just breathing in and out as you hold the posture with straight as possible back. Do this for around 5 max reps on off.

        >My thumbs point towards my body at rest. Are you telling me I have to keep the rotated 90 degrees out
absolutely, that's just part of maintaining posture. If you carry your body with good posture and lift with good posture you will build a body that looks better. Slumped/internally rotated shoulders are not just bad for your shoulders and chest they're bad for your neck, back and airway since it's promotes rounding of the back and head forward posture.

You have dysmorphia. You just need to hit the gym and have a solid diet for 6-12 months and you'll make it
