    bench (both incline and flat bench and both barbell and dumb bell), lateral raises, OHP, squats (but only up to 2 plates for as many reps as possible), pull ups, machine rows, barbell rows, t-rows

    thats literally all you need. max out your upper body and back. train legs to the point where you don't have chicken legs. its that simple

    3x a week you will do your two main compounds
    6 sets x3,next week 6 sets x4 and then 5x5
    first 3 sets with 90%1rm and the other three with 85%
    then you deload one day with 70% then you do 80% and then you should peak and find out your new 1rm

    additionally to these exercises do 5x10 twice a week of every muscle group that you want to make bigger /more stable or once 10x10 a week
    you have officially solved weight training and you grow strong and get a nice body at the same time.

    If you wanna get frickin huge, do a hypertrophy program.

    German Volume Training is a great one with fast results, but there are many others.

    They all focus on breaking down the muscle with a lot of work and high reps at challenging weights. Then you will need supplemental protein in some form and lots of rest.

    If you are truly working hard and breaking down your muscles, you will wake up bigger and stronger every single day.
