        you can do bodyweight squats and use resistance bands, as well as use it for dips/pullups/pushups.

    Of course you can. You build muscle by eating and progressively overloading your muscles through resistance training.

    Did facepulls with them, broke, lost half the vision on my right eye and the pupil is permanently dialated. Seen guys lose eyes doing curls with them.

      I watched some homosexual on Youtube who was ripped as frick shill them and say all his gains were from bands.

      Said homosexual also owned a company that sold resistance bands.

      Also my brain is telling me what if they snap? Plastic/rubber etc will break eventually, UV wrecks materials like that. Steel will not break, ever. Unless pushed above it's fatigue limit.

      Not sure if serious but yeah this kind of shit is what I am afraid of with bands.

      In conclusion frick bands. Buy a bar and plates.

        They aren't cruise missiling your eyes. Just wear googles when you do facepulls or other exercises where you'd hit your eyes in case of a band rip

      Were the bands yours or the gym's? I'd imagine people abuse and misuse the frick out of the gym ones, making them much riskier to use
