Im dont eat any sweety things, my diet is mostly composed of rice, meat, potatoes and protein shakes, but i dont eat regularly, i eat less when i have lot of work and eat more after i do my work out sessions
Abs made in the kitchen is bullshit. I had no abs when I was 170ibs. Been lifting for about 4 months, and my top 4 abs are visible at 192ib. If I had to guess I'm around 18-20% bf.

>Do cardio
>Eat less
