can you get those just by making planks?

I always wanted to have abs so i started planking because i heard its the fastest and the best way to get it, is it true?

    The fastest way to get abs is to stop being fat.

    If you're a total aushwitzmode then eat and lift weights for 1-2 years, and then stop being fat.

      this. you need around 10% bodyfat to even have a chance, and even then you need to actually work on having ab muscles to see them, otherwise it’s just a flat stomach

        should you cut down to 10% first then start hitting upper body on bulk? seems to be what people recommend instead of just getting even fatter on a normal bulk

      Im dont eat any sweety things, my diet is mostly composed of rice, meat, potatoes and protein shakes, but i dont eat regularly, i eat less when i have lot of work and eat more after i do my work out sessions

    Abs made in the kitchen is bullshit. I had no abs when I was 170ibs. Been lifting for about 4 months, and my top 4 abs are visible at 192ib. If I had to guess I'm around 18-20% bf.

        I believe in the science. Furthermore, I know for a fact that I didn't have abs when I was 22 ibs lighter, and I know for a fact that most people that have been lifting for 4 months don't have visible abs at 18-20% bf. Did you?

    No, leg raises have the highest abs activation, do both at least.
