chinese food has in general unbalanced macros, but if you can manage that a little better (lowering the quantity of carbs like rice and noodles) it can fit in a pretty decent diet cause it usually has a LOT of vegetables.

if it's American Chinese takeout, it's a very bad idea. ingredients that optimize flavour and minimize health. suspect oils, chemically processed ingredients, wacky macros as mentioned above

Only authentic Chinese food, ideally not from a restaurant or grocery store.

Yeah, I'm just going to spend every hour of my life consuming deliberately consuming garbage because I won't listen to anyone else's opinion. You need to be 18+ to browse this site

Oooh, he said the "you need to be 18+ to browse this site" line. Whoa!!

            >Yeah, I'm just going to spend every hour of my life consuming deliberately consuming garbage because I won't listen to anyone else's opinion
That's not what I told you to do though---I just told you to read the book for yourself if you want your question "is it good" answered. Although you may want to learn how to read in general because it doesn't seem like you got the message

Then, considering there's no reason for me to read it, I won't read it. I came here and asked the other anon his opinion because I was trying to find out if he thought there was any reason to read it. Why does this upset you?

You asked me if it was good compared to the korean movie adaptation, not "if I thought there was any reason to read it". I then told you to make your own decisions in life.

Depends. Stir fried rice with eggs and chicken is excellent for example. But alot of chinese food tend to be coated in sugary glazes, deep fried or otherwise slathered in huge amounts of oils.

This. Learned to make pretty damn good fried rice with less grease, more eggs and whatever other veggies/ proteins that you want. Not an everyday thing, but nice to have every now and then and not completely blowing out your diet.

Yes, as long as you get your protein it doesn't matter what the caloric surplus comes from. Your body will use it to build muscle. You also will likely get a lot of fat, but that's what cuts are for. There's no magic to building muscle. Stimulate the muscle groups, supply enough fuel and protein, give the muscles rest and sleep. That simple, people overthink this shit and dive deep into moronic psuedoscience bullshit.

You can make gains on anything as long as you eat enough to hit your macros and do enough cardio to burn off any major excess in calories.
