Lets take a patch of arizona desert, normally devoid of life beyond a few desert dwelling species. If you add in cattle to graze on the desert foliage, the rancher will then do things such as put in water supplies, which not only will water the cattle that are using the land, but also any other animal that has enough braincells to drink from the water trough. This can lead to an increased carrying capacity for that area for natural species, causing more life. But really, gays that want to not kill animals are moronic, life is about being prosperous and spreading your genes, cattle, pigs, chickens, they are far more successful than any other animal, not because they are better, but because humans like them, and their parts, quite a bit. We should just treat them better, not refuse to use them for food but so that they are better for us when we eat them.
But the same animals will be killed to produce the food for animals which are eaten by humans, so a vegan diet still kills less animals.

Like the others said, most meat comes from factory farms, which use a ton of crops-- which involves killing rodents, etc. Certain """carnivores""" I've seen online say that they're actually saving animals by eating only meat. ("By directly supporting the killing of animals, im actually saving them!") Try thinking for yourself instead of believing all the shit on IST. I feel like you like to believe it because it reaffirms your wierd hatred for vegans. I'm not even vegan. I love dairy and meat but I'm also not a dumb c**t
No because part of the gains come from the hormonal balance from eating saturated fat and cholesterol and absence of these will require roid use just to break even. Part of the vegan cult manifesto is to hyperfocus on protein as if just eating protein makes you jacked, which it doesn't. Average Hong Kong diet is at least a pound of meat a day and they're all manlet skinnyfats they're not jacked. Instead, vegans brag about lowering their hormonal precursors like cholesterol so they have literally nothing to make test out of. "Hurrrr dairy and meat raise estrogen" it raises test too you dishonest frickers. You will ALWAYS get some estrogen with test, it's a fact of life. So, this explains why you'll always have some 140lb dyel nonlifting frickwit that won't frick off this board like this guy yammering on about lentils and rice+peas but then in practice they never have anything to show for it. >but yaddayadda is buff and vegan
He cheats on it. People lie to suit an agenda, shocker.
I don't know about the "realness" part, but I went vegetarian and then vegan for some time and I fricking abhorred this kind of goyslop and mimick-y foods. For me it was legumes, vegetables, and fruit. Then I quit because it was ruining my body.
I grew up not eating meat but ate a tooooon of dairy. Became lactose intolerant a few years ago so had to drop dairy. Pea, rice, hemp and a LITTLE s-0-y are all fine choices.
>Became lactose intolerant a few years ago so had to drop dairy.
recent move? change in production?
seems odd to happen but an old neighbor took a reaction to eggs after eating them every day of her life
It was truly strange, but after a couple major surgeries and taking a ton of opioids for pain my metabolism did a 180 as did my tolerance for dairy. BMR went from 2000 @ ~170lbs to about 3000 with no lifestyle changes. Was always a fat kid with a slower metabolism before that.
as long as you have fat on your body, then it all goes downhill, if you don't become a diabetic woman in the meantime, you could still technically make some gains still but it's moronic to even try
It's hilarious to me that the "plant-based" food world literally exists to create "food" that mimics the texture and taste of real food. It means that, despite all their virtue signaling and lame posturing, vegans really just want meat, at the end of the day.

>they don't have brains
So that means they don't die? >and feelings
They literally do >in the same way as Asian people
kek, that's only true for ch*nese though
i wouldnt be surprised if they use the vegetables thats not good enough for regular food production. since theyre gonna use so many chemicals to extract the nutrients, anyways. iirc pea protein powder have some serious issues in terms of how its made, and the chemicals used. which are often just dumped out by the industry, into the enviroment
Yes. Onions protein unironically works. Stick to shit like fresh tofu and avoid onions based meat substitutes. You also have lentils and beans and edamame for variety. Don't try to substitute meat with vegan foods - that's what doesn't work. It neither works as meat nor as its own food. Try and cook them in their own right.
A whole foods, plant-based diet is healthy, although you'll need to supplement with certain vitamins like B12 and K to ensure adequate intake. Fortified nutritional yeast is a good way to bolster protein intake, and you may wish to supplement with a pea protein powder. Overall, a WFPB pattern of eating is associated with an overall lower BMI. Unironically, some guy named Kemper put obese individuals on a diet of primarily white rice and they slimmed down nicely.
I follow an animal-based diet, haven't eaten vegetables in over a year, but burgers from the grocery store tend to have lots of shit put in them as well. I only buy them (as with all meat) from the butcher shop. Grocery stores sell literal poison.
>Why do vegans openly deny basic high school tier biology to push their lifestyle?
how is that wrong? All nitrogen in every muscle tissue started first in a plant.
Both wrong. Plants do synthesise amino acids and use them to build plant protein, but when an animal wants to build animal protein it has to break down the plant protein into amino acids first (during digestion) and then use them reassemble protein molecules. Therefore, animal protein has a different ratio of amino acids than plant protein and that is the crucial point.
And no, complex molecules like amino acids or proteins are not formed in stars. They wouldn't even be stable at that temperature.
>Therefore, animal protein has a different ratio of amino acids than plant protein and that is the crucial point.
But how is that important? When a human eats a plant(or animal) it will likewise be broken down into it's constituent ammino acids, only a few of which are responsible for the growth of muscle tissue. Sure, it's nice to know 100% of the protein found in a steak has a "complete" amino acid profile, but it's not necessary as some suggest. The body will use the amino acids it needs or store/pee out the ones it doesn't need at the time.
It's important because you end up having to little of certain amino acids like leucine for optimal muscle protein synthesis, even if you combine different plants. And if you don't combine different sources and your only protein source is grains for example there will be a deficiency of certain amino acids.
There are also other problems with plant protein like the lower availability due to fibre and the lack of associated animal nutrients like creatin, b12, heme-iron, EPA and DHA...
DUDE.. heme-iron is not a good thing. b12 is produced from eating rawfoods. both for animals and humans. its a bacteria made in the gut. animals are given b12 and iodine in theyre "food".
"experts" even say this synthethic version of b12 is better because it has a better absorbption rate.
leucine ratios in animal protein are high, yes. but its not needed. if you want explosive muscle growth, its good. however the quality of it in animal produce isnt good. its second tier recycled after all. the very same amino came from plants.
nobody has ever died from protein deficiancy. it doesnt exist. the anabolic effect from hormones in meat have ppl thinking its the "norm" ,or that its "optimal" . its not.
>b12 is produced from eating rawfoods.
You're not gonna get enough b12 eating raw plants or mushrooms, no matter how dirty they are. Cows only have it because the prokaryotes in their gut can synthesise it. Some primates eat their own feces to absorb the b12, maybe try doing that. >nobody has ever died from protein deficiancy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kwashiorkor
>nobody has ever died from protein deficiancy. it doesnt exist
it litterally does, and all research on elderly clearly states that the lack of protein cause major issues, and affect their life quality and lifespan.
Also kids who dont get enough ends up stunting their growth, both physically and mentally
ALL amino acids come from plants.
animal protein is not useabe by humans. we need human protein. so we break down the animal protein into amino acids, then use them to make human protein.
hormones in meat or animal products have a catabolic effect. its hormones in animal tissue just as there is hormones in your muscles. these stimulate you. especially the adrenalin.
you think thats good shit and "suPeRioR amino acid profile" in animal products, but its shitty overstimulating that downregulates your own endocrine system and its very ability to produce its own hormones.
those muscle formed from shitty second grade recycled aminos break down within weeks/months. sure you'll be big faster, but it wont last. and you get diabetes, clogged arteries and impotency down the line with it. and huge amounts of inflammation..
fixing your own bodys endocrine system is the real flex. its hard and requires various healthy practices, and thats why ppl fail at going vegan and just cruise on the anabolic effects of animal products instead. its pathetic tho
>ALL amino acids come from plants.
Yes, I even wrote that in my post. But not all protein is created in plants. Amino acids != complete protein >those muscle formed from shitty second grade recycled aminos break down within weeks/months.
Source on that claim? Because I'm sure most nutritionists and fitness experts would disagree
no, man. ALL protein comes from amino acids. ok. thats what theyre made of. and all aminos come from plants.
eating a rotting corpse for the nutrition its gotten from plants instead of eating plants is insanity
>Source on that claim? Because I'm sure most nutritionists and fitness experts would disagree
most fitness experts and nutritonists dont even know what the frick theyre doing. meat and dairy is a multi billion dollar industry, they spread misinfo like crazy. you think the info thats easily available out there is any good?! its not. follow non-profit organizations and doctors who do induvidual research. or your just gonna end up with meat&dairy propaganda.
>no, man. ALL protein comes from amino acids. ok. thats what theyre made of. and all aminos come from plants.
Yes i know that. The claim that all PROTEIN is created by plants is still technically wrong
Nice source on the second point though
>eating a rotting corpse for the nutrition its gotten from plants instead of eating plants is insanity
failed nutrition 101. cattle can make food out of nutrients we cant digest or extractwhen we harvest corn, we cant use the stalk. the stalk gets fed to animals, and give us the nutrients from it.
This entire webm is a massive cope, you can tell how much he's just trying to reassure himself. I don't think someone looking that emaciated should be lecturing people on protein. At least vegetarianism has some merit to being a good alternative diet, but veganism is completely moronic. Humans need animal protein in some form, whether that be dairy and eggs or the meat itself.
Direct observation of the poor health of vegans, whether it be the premature aging, the bad mental health, the lack of muscle, needing artificial supplements just to function normally, etc. The vegan diet is moral grandstanding and an overall fad brought about by the current age of decadence we live in.

People lie to suit an agenda, shocker.
wholefoodsplantbased diet.
alot of fruit, veggies, herbs, nuts, seeds and legumes.
I don't know about the "realness" part, but I went vegetarian and then vegan for some time and I fricking abhorred this kind of goyslop and mimick-y foods. For me it was legumes, vegetables, and fruit. Then I quit because it was ruining my body.
>he thinks it's just beef
KWEK i shiggy diggy
I’ll give you a non troll answer: yes.
Also you can find 15lbs of vegan protein on ebay for $110. Cheaper than whey
There's a good reason for that.
Not all protein is created equal.
If you want to spend twice as much money as an omnivore and three times as much time on food (that you'll enjoy less), go for it.
Do you know math
*laughs at you*
as long as you have fat on your body, then it all goes downhill, if you don't become a diabetic woman in the meantime, you could still technically make some gains still but it's moronic to even try
It's hilarious to me that the "plant-based" food world literally exists to create "food" that mimics the texture and taste of real food. It means that, despite all their virtue signaling and lame posturing, vegans really just want meat, at the end of the day.
>meat is murder and amoral. it's wrong.
>these basedburgers look and taste just like real meat!!!!!
>amoral
that's why eating meat is right for humans, morality is gay
glad you could join us tonight Stirner
HEGEL CAN SUCK MY FRICKING wiener
You know most vegans like meat but just don't like the cruelty involved in making it right?
Meat eaters would be just as fricking annoying as vegans if they talked about themselves to the same degree.
Yes
Soja is unironically a good source of protein as long as you avoid ultra processed forms of it like tvp
A lot of morons online base their entire personality around how they like their steak
Not as obnoxious as vegans though I agree
>killing is wrong
>taking care of you body in a biologically appropiate manner
this is your brain on judeo-christian values
It was created to help people become vegan rather than people already vegan.
To transition them to eating bugs.
Bugs arnt vegan. They are living beings and vegans won't eat them. Meat cucks are the ones who eat living beings
Plants aren't living things?
Yes but they don't have brains and feelings in the same way as Asian people
>they don't have brains
So that means they don't die?
>and feelings
They literally do
>in the same way as Asian people
kek, that's only true for ch*nese though
It was created to increase profit margins by selling cheaply produced plant for the same price of real meat.
i wouldnt be surprised if they use the vegetables thats not good enough for regular food production. since theyre gonna use so many chemicals to extract the nutrients, anyways. iirc pea protein powder have some serious issues in terms of how its made, and the chemicals used. which are often just dumped out by the industry, into the enviroment
homie muscle milk has been busted multiple times for heavy metal toxicity. Cope
what? we dont even have that in my country, and the protein powders here are high quality. im sorry you live in a third world shit country
ESLs not welcome in this conversation
yeah, cause americans are too dumb. Its kinda hard to be mentally there when your college is at the level of our high school
actually yeah I agree with that
Beef is horrendously balanced and a terrible source of protein
East goat, chicken and salmon
on the internet, you can just say anything you want
I want to help the fitizens
Everyone deserves a chance at making it
>meat
>eggs
>milk
>fish
name anything vegan that even comes close to these when it comes to fueling your body for performance (you can't).
I follow an animal-based diet, haven't eaten vegetables in over a year, but burgers from the grocery store tend to have lots of shit put in them as well. I only buy them (as with all meat) from the butcher shop. Grocery stores sell literal poison.
Yes.

Imagine looking that fricking malnourished and STILL having a high enough body fat that you can see your abs while being a dyel. Incredible.
that you can't see*
It's not about fat, the ab muscles just aren't developed enough. It's like thinking you'd get massive arms from dieting.
Every molecule of protein started in stars.
>Siphon stars for the max gain
>every molecule of protein started in plants
Why do vegans openly deny basic high school tier biology to push their lifestyle?
There are also other problems with plant protein like the lower availability due to fibre and the lack of associated animal nutrients like creatin, b12, heme-iron, EPA and DHA...
>heme-iron
You act like this is a good thing. It's not.
DUDE.. heme-iron is not a good thing. b12 is produced from eating rawfoods. both for animals and humans. its a bacteria made in the gut. animals are given b12 and iodine in theyre "food".
Protein deficiency is impossible on a diet of natural foods
Amino acids != complete protein
>those muscle formed from shitty second grade recycled aminos break down within weeks/months.
Nice source on the second point though
>eating a rotting corpse for the nutrition its gotten from plants instead of eating plants is insanity
failed nutrition 101. cattle can make food out of nutrients we cant digest or extractwhen we harvest corn, we cant use the stalk. the stalk gets fed to animals, and give us the nutrients from it.
kys homosexual
This entire webm is a massive cope, you can tell how much he's just trying to reassure himself. I don't think someone looking that emaciated should be lecturing people on protein. At least vegetarianism has some merit to being a good alternative diet, but veganism is completely moronic. Humans need animal protein in some form, whether that be dairy and eggs or the meat itself.
>Humans need animal protein in some form, whether that be dairy and eggs or the meat itself.
Any source for that
Direct observation of the poor health of vegans, whether it be the premature aging, the bad mental health, the lack of muscle, needing artificial supplements just to function normally, etc. The vegan diet is moral grandstanding and an overall fad brought about by the current age of decadence we live in.
No no source. Ok
not the guy you replied to but:
Vegan Diet in Young Children(google the tittles, 4 chan blocks the links)
>However, there is no clear evidence that a vegan diet started in early childhood confers a lasting health benefit. On the other hand, a vegan diet can be potentially critical for young children with risks of inadequate supply in terms of protein quality and energy as well as long-chain fatty acids, iron, zinc, vitamin D, iodine, calcium, and particularly vitamin B12. Deficiencies in these nutrients can lead to severe and sometimes irreversible developmental disorders.
Perspective: Vegan Diets for Older Adults? A Perspective On the Potential Impact On Muscle Mass and Strength
>We propose that a vegan diet increases the risk of an inadequate protein intake at an older age and that current strategies to improve the anabolic properties of plant-based foods are not feasible for many older adults.
Nutrient status and growth in vegan children
>With a small percentage of outliers, vegan children showed normal growth and were less often obese. We found limited evidence that children on a vegan diet can obtain all the examined nutrients.
Veganism, vegetarianism, bone mineral density, and fracture risk: a systematic review and meta-analysis

The impact of a vegan diet on pregnancy outcomes
>The vegan diet is associated with an increased risk for small-for-gestational-age newborns and lower birthweight.
Vegan Diets May Cause More Fractures
>Vegans were much more likely to sustain hip fractures (hazard ratio, 2.31) vs. meat eaters. Vegans also were at higher risks for total and other site fractures vs. meat eaters.
Vegan diets do really poorly in research. the only benefit it has is weight management. even with that the mortality rates arent really better. plants are an essential part of a healthy diet, but veganism is taking it too far.
>be insufferable, become vegan
>be vegan, become insufferable
Which comes first?
The first one I think.
>plant-based
More like plant-cringe.
Sure, and you have zero need for “synthetic meat”. The biggest single determinant of a gain is a caloric surplus.
YOU VILL EAT ZE BEYOND BURGER
yes, and the meme pic is stupid, the beef is produced with torturing and murdering a harmless animal plus they pump it full with steroids and gmo foods.
>the movement to oppose speciesism
but anon, I'm already part of the movement to promote speciesism
>full with steroids and gmo foods
yeah man, people should stop pumping harry potter with steroids and gmos, 100% agree
Clarence Kennedy is this Irish autist roider who’s probably holds an unofficial snatch WR In his weightclass. He’s monstrously strong. But he’s also a roider with acne and broken knees
He’s not a roidtroony because he’s legitimately elite
yeah but try wholefoodsplantbased diet. fauxmeat and basedshit filled with canola oil is extremely harmful.
maybe, but why would you choose to be a moronic vegan?
If you want to eat pea soup every day or pay twice as much for fake meat.
