    >lie or underplay taking roids
    >shill bullshit supplements or meme workouts to gullible normies
This is what every fitness shitfluencer does. Now these hulking morons have started shifting into LARPing as Gordon Gecko or something too with bullshit business or life advice.

And this is why you do your own research, read articles, forums, etc. Try things first hand to see what works and then come to your own conclusions. If you're basing your workout off of morons that pay their bills off social media you deserve what you get imo. There is plenty of stuff on the internet if you're willing to read and learn. Programming your workouts isn't some secret a doofus on YouTube is letting you in on

    >it's a mindset, manipulate it to make gainz
    >it's not the program, it's the mindset.
    >specialize in one or two lifts at one time, rotate the lifts once you no longer progress. best lifts for this are unconventional lifts like Zercher or Jeffreson deadlifts.
    >get numbers up on big lifts, that will drive growth.
    >be miserable and depressed
    >eat like a horse

start making comedic and genuinely funny youtube videos when you're a hardcore, successful, and good looking natty powerlifter. talk about the benefits of staying natural and be honest and simultaneously entertaining with the audience. then begin taking steroids at enormous doses, immediately age 15 years, and have your head grow to the size of a pumpkin for a minor role in the WWE. immediately catastrophically injure yourself on live tv because your overworked tendons can't handle the load. make annoying videos where you can't do anything but scream and talk about horse wiener. become pre-diabetic from a meme mass gainer. and finally, live out the rest of your days as a lolcow and die at age 44.

If he hasn't cucked to the vaxx he'll be fine, but it could be that he took it to stay in the WWE... vaxx has been like an accelerator for all the roidtroony side effects popping up, see e.g. Joesthetics who monitored his bloodwork and found out it got fricked after taking the clot shot

He gives Chad advice and I mean that in kind of a bad way. He's never struggled to make gains, he built a great physique naturally and since hopping on the juice he's almost as muscular as a professional bodybuilder. So his advice is oriented around a, 'Just DO IT' standpoint. Somebody who does a novice routine and has their bench press stall on 100lb, that's alien to him, he almost doesn't understand it as a concept, & he kinda just shakes his head at those people & assumes they're beyond help, (not totally wrong, I might add, genetics are a bell curve). His advice is also totally correlation rather than actually being mechanistically oriented. For example when he criticizes Jeff Nippard for putting the machine chest press on the S tier list for best chest exercises meanwhile barbell and dumbbell benching is in the A or B category. Assuming it's a good machine I think these exercises are all good. But Eric sees in the gym guys who take machine chest press seriously being small and weak and guys who take seriously flat and incline dumbbell and barbell bench presses getting bigger and stronger than them almost every time. My problem with that, aside from the fact that it's false almost as often as it's true, is that the machine chest press itself as a concept, there's nothing mechanistically about it that will fail to produce gains compared to a dumbbell or barbell bench press. He just works off correlation.
