Has anyone actually ran any of his programs? What was your experience?
I'm trying out his 6 week strength program from way back in the day and holy shit, starting off at 80% on squats and deadlifts for sets of 6 is way too much for me

>Thinking some trainer is going to give you magic advice
Lmao
What program do you recommend? Also please post body and max lifts so I can instantly disregard your opinion
Is there a single """youtube trainer""" who isn't a manlet?
Jeff Nippard is 5'11" IIRC, definitely not manlet territory
Bullshit. He is a well-known turbomanlet.
Here he is next to 6'3" Samuel Okunola.
You were saying?
Bad shop. Arms blur hard.
Here's a real pic:

Hahahahahah you fricking blew it
Not even going to give you a (You) after that frick up
Would help if I didn't forget to add it, but my point stands.

Does anyone on this board actually lift?
Really doesn’t seem like it. I miss old Misc.
Anyways I did the 6 week program twice and added like 20 pounds to squat and deadlift each time when I was stalling hard prior. Didn’t really do shit for my bench.
Having read other peeps reviews that’s pretty much the common experience. Big additions to lower body but upper basically just on maintenance.
Yeah I went through his 6-week Buckin’ program and now no chocolate heifer is safe from my BWC’s fury
I want a bedwench so badly bros
I'm a noob but on the second run of the 6week, works well
First time round wnt from 120/100/155 sbd to 130/110/165
On the second run and my previous maxes feel almost light for reps but that's just noob gains for ya
There's a lot of OHP volume and not too much bench volume intra session though IMO but still works
Ran it 2-3 times a few years ago. Experience was the same as pretty much everyone else: squat and DL progressed, marginal improvements with bench. I should've known better because he would complain about his "poverty bench"
shits cash, just use a different program for bench
I just started his 6 week as well. Only done the first two days but no trouble so far. Been doing pure low rep compounds the last few months, so its nice to have some accessories and high rep lifts again.
IIRC only Sheiko uses your absolute 1RM while other programs use a training 1RM, that is a weight you could lift any day of the week with maximal effort (so maybe around 95-90% of your actual max)
I ran his 6 week bench program where you bench 5 times a week in first half of the program. Felt that 2 first weeks are a waste since weights are too light. Generally not impressed with program.
