Joggers, regular stretchy underwear, t-shirt and a hoodie of your choice to fit in at least looks wise. Hoodie can be taken off once you start working out momentarily.

You really don't have to worry about that. In the average gym most people are DYEL, what would make you stand out in particular, you know?

Yeah, I was the same, you get over it quick. Just remember you're doing it for yourself and not tik tok or other people's attention or whatever.

I do an entire workout standing in one place every day.

    >feet hip width apart
    >turn toes out 45 degrees
    >bend knees so you're in a narrow horse stance
    >hold that

From that isometric exercise, which will kick most people's asses, I then add in a bunch of push/pull self resistance isotonic exercises that work out the back, chest, shoulders, arms, traps, and even lats.

My point is you can still exercise. pic related did a lot of this stuff.

You should get some cheap dumbbells to improve on this.

Cheap & light wooden dumbbells were used to add a bit of resistance to isometric and flow movements back in physical culture era.

The one prop I think I'm going to use is one of those Indian "Mugdar" things, as it's supposed to be therapeutic for shoulders. Gonna make it out of a tree I felled.

Stop using roids, don't stop bodybuilding, simple as. If your testosterone has lowered through age and not coming back up, I guess its okay to use reasonably in the 200-500 range.

Why even worry about it? If you're scared for people to see you at the gym then chances are you're too small to even see. Just wear some regular exercise clothes and watch some videos from Scooby or Allan Thrall to learn the basic movements so you don't look like a fool.

    Yes you can, watch Scooby
