Cant lose fat

For months now I’ve been dragging myself out of bed almost everyday to run or bike until exhaustion or until I throw up. I do push-ups and sit-ups during work breaks. I make sure to only drink water and eat as lean as possible (lean meat and steamed veggies once per day, oatmeal and a fruit for breakfast, some nuts during the day). All that and I’m still skinny fat. 5’10 and 145lbs (male). I don’t care about gaining muscles, I just want to lose fat. What an I doing wrong? I tried going for a run twice a day but I just can’t stay awake during my workday if I do that.

    Try these
-Take the walkpill. 2 hours of walking is 500 calories output. Running too much can cause your body to slow your metabolism down and thus retain fat for running.
-Replace a meal in your workday with a large, plain salad. Salt and pepper are effective low calorie seasonings
-Analyze how many nuts or other snacks you're eating during the work day. You may be cheating or overindulging without realizing it

I walk 1hr45min every week day as part of my commute. The nuts I just eat a handful of them (like 10), it’s my lunch basically.

You're very small, you have so little lean mass that your resting metabolic rate is a lot slower than it would otherwise be. The less muscle you have the more effort it takes to get rid of the same amount of b***h breasts, and you have almost no muscle.

I don’t have the time/money to lift weights and have the required diet to build muscle.

        >I don't have the required diet to build
Black person I'm on a 1200 calorie diet and lifting and I'm losing fat and gaining muscle.

Idk if I even get 1200 kcal. But in any case I can’t lift for shit, it’s not gonna change anything if I can’t even benchpress 50lbs.

op seems like a decent guy

          Thanks anon.

So you think lifting weights burns 0 calories? Its completely anaerobic? That's wrong
Also just like everything in life if you do something for long enough you get better at it. Benching the bar sounds like a start mate.

        >I don’t have the time/money to lift weights
You've found the time for running, biking, and constant calisthenics until now.

        >and have the required diet to build muscle.
At your size you'd gain weight on 2000 calories a day.

I can go running straight from my home right away. The gyms nearby either aren’t opened when I can go (4-6am) or a 30 minutes drive away. Plus I can’t afford the membership.
The last time I had 2000kcal in a day was probably more than a decade ago and I was even skinnier back then (then again I was 15 lol).

Must be convenient, being able to give up and shove a platitude in the gaping hole where your achievement was supposed to be.

then suffer Black person wtf? no money or time isn't an excuse when there's plenty of resources on how to budget food to get jacked even if you're a poorgay with 2 hours a day. why even bother asking for help if you're just gonna act so defeatist to all advice? hate people like this

I welcome any advice and even if I seem to reject it some now I can still reconsider. But basically the only free time I have now is between 4 and 6 am. During my day off I need to rest because I’m so exhausted, I end up sleeping 15hrs+.

Okay but I did try to lift a few years back. What happened is I ended up so sore I couldn’t lift shit for a week (thus couldn’t get a consistent workout schedule). If I used less weight it was so easy it seemed pointless.

I just wish there was at least one aspect of me that wasn’t completely genetically fricked. I’m already low IQ and hideous as frick. What a fricking waste of oxygen.

Fast if you want to lose weight but that shouldn't be your goal. Go find some fricking rocks on the side of the road and pick them up they are free. Also if you are dumb and ugly what could be so important that it fills up the entirety of your day 6 days a week?

A job so that I’m not homeless. And I have nowhere to store the rocks.

Supposing that is true, losing 20 pounds of fat and gaining 20 pounds of muscle would increase your resting metabolic rate by 1,200 calories per day. Given that OP is 145lbs and the 160's range is appropriate for a man his height it's no wonder he's still skinnyfat.

I don’t understand what any of that means.

What job do you work that takes all of your time from 6am to sleeping 6 days a week? How can you not afford even a basic gym membership or some cheap barbells?

You are skinnyfat for two reasons.
                1) Your body does not use enough calories because you do not have as much lean tissue as someone your height is supposed to, making effort at further fat loss disproportionately more difficult.
                2) Your fat tissue does not have enough muscle to actually sculpt itself around, leaving it to pile on itself, causing it to sag and hang loose. This makes you look much fatter than you actually are.

The solution to both of these problems is to add muscle mass.

                >add muscle mass
So I guess lift and eat more. I can’t do either.

                stop eating

This I can do. I can easily go a week with just water.

I thought the difference in metabolic rate between a pound of fat and muscle is like 60 calories a day.

I can't find the pic right now but basically same level of bodyfat can look VASTLY different depending on muscle mass, diet and genetics.Theres no such thing like a body that won't lose weight but it won't be healthy and mentally safe to keep pushing, try a diet break for 2-3 weeks and then give it your all

Take T3 if you're dead set on losing fat without following the advice of anybody else in this thread. At your bodyweight, I'd start at 12.5mcg ed so you don't fricking die.

you have to lift moron. Your body is just losing muscle along with the fat. You are essentially just becoming more skinny fat. Lift hard and eat good. If you put on muscle your bf% will by definition decrease and you will look better. Cardio only will turn you into a fricking kenyan lanklet.
