Mah lifts are 8 pull ups, 80kg bench 5 reps, 12kg dumbbell curl etc. But i keep stalling at this point.

                Just eat at maintenance and get enough of protein.

                Can i afford to lose weight even if i have pretty small muscles? Would it be ottermode?

                If you do just a small deficit (-500 kCal) with enough protein and still train regularly, you won't lose much muscle, maybe you will even gain some.
