    I got the leanest I have in my life, to around 10% bodyfat, dropping from 210 to 180lbs, and I was consuming roughly 300-500 grams of carbs and around 2500-3000 calories
    Albeit I was doing alot of work and alot of cardio
    Maybe consuming excess when being a lazy piece of shit would make you fatten up like you OP

        You will die if you attempt to do any sustained operation without a sufficient fuel source aka carbs.

      These bodies can only be considered healthy if you define "healthy" as a low bodyfat percentage and lots of muscle. Unfortunately, the high-carb diet is doing invisible damage to your insides that will manifest down the road. You claim to be healthy now, but you will die within 60 or 70 years guaranteed.

    People say that Mona lisa eyes follow you around the room when you move but that's BULLSHIT. This guy, however stares at you with his malicious stare, right into your soul wherever you are in the room.

    Seen this guy quite a lot cause my wife was a student at "l'ecole du louvre" which means I could enter freely without paying and I took a deep stare at the whole museum collection, but the Scribe is the most impressive one. Apparently the eye is made in such a manner that it's hollow and reflective minerals. It's TOO GOOD compared to other decayed stuff drom the egyptian collection ,it makes the encounter deeply uneasy.     I never once mentioned being a vegan.
    I eat carbs for the right amount of energy to attack my muscles with a well rounded schedule then I eat proteins and fats to repair the damages tissues, rest, rinse and repeat.
