that's what, 200kg dl, 100kg bench and 150kg squat more or less?
While an ironman is around 4km swimming, 180km cycling and 42km running in less than 16 hours.
Yeah I'm pretty sure that completing an Ironman would take more time and dedication if you start from zero for either one

Why is it cycling and not climbing? I'm not destroying my sperm count and knees for this shit.

Climbing is for soiboy yuppies, and simps who get told by the internet "you'll meet chicks at the bouldering gym, bro." Competitive climbing is even gayer than competitive skateboarding.

      No thanks.

kek imagine letting yourself be molded by narratives like that...
homie just climb a wall, climb the furniture in your room...kek or are you one of these morons that joins an activity to become ''part of the group''?
Lose the clique mentality. Climbing is a good skill to have. If you care about what you look like, or who you hang out around/with, then you've already lost the mental battle in your head and you're NGMI...
Imagine writing off an entire skill tree because you're scared to be in the same premises as some other losers for a couple hours a week. Jesus you're challenged...

      >muh knees
It's like squatting. If you are moronic you injure yourself. Otherwise you strengthen them.
      >muh sperm count
kinda debunked already, but if you are that worried get a FAT ASS seat, run suspension, or just stand.

That's why seats have openings in the middle now, so they don't crush blood flow to le ballz. Problem solved

Ironman is harder, because you have to get good in 3 disciplines and not just lifting. It's more comparable to a fast marathon. You also have to actually put effort into nutrition, whereas in lifting you can just powerbloat, if you want to. Also is the 1000 thing supposed to be completed on a single day one after another or just whenever?

A full Ironman definitely requires more training and dedication, unless you're a manlet. I think getting to the point of completing a 70.3 before the cutoff from skinnyfat normie takes longer than reaching 1000lb total.

I'm a complete tourist, but ironman sounds like, with enough dedication, anyone can eventually make it. This "1000 club" sounds like it could be unattainable if you're too short or hit the genetic garbage lottery in some way. Or at least unattainable without drugs. Am I that wrong?

guys I need help. I started running recently, (2 weeks ago) and struggle with side pain.
I feel like I could go faster and longer if it just wasn't for the side pain. What am I doing wrong?
