May I ask: what type of cardio? I need to do more.
I did the stationary bike cardio because I like it. Just 20 minutes after my workout, I usually just try and go for some calories burned (although I dont trust the counts the bike says). Later I will maybe do a very short running cardio, 3km or something. For me, it was finding something thats convenient and/or fun. Sometimes when Im bored but dont want to lift again I do a "Tour de Cardios" at my gym where I do 10 minutes on every type of cardio machine. This is the most fun but also takes an hour so its quite the commitment. Id recommend it to everyone who wants to make more cardios though, it helps yoi find one you like
Agree, but burning calories by lifting is way better for muscle mass / muscle definition, i'm pretty lean and never do cardio so seems pretty useless for me

I quitted weed few weeks ago but tabaco is very hard to stop (9 years in)
I listened to Audiobooks and looked at the TV screen that hangs from the gym ceiling where they have some bullshit extreme sports Red Bull channel. Sometimes I also watch Youtube on my phone

Today I did 70 minutes of stationary bike and allegedly burnt 580 calories. Does this seem accurate? A couple months ago I did 45 minutes burning 320
