      If you actually have muscle and are in need of cutting you'll find you basically need to do carnivore or you won't be able to get your protein in the calories allotted. That or you need to do a lot of cardio to burn aforementioned extra calories from carbs. Is it healthier to do the latter? Yes, but it's not a requirement if your goal is to just lean out, if you enjoy cardio or carbs that much then sure gopher it.

    I tried for two weeks. Nothing but meat, water, coffee, some cheese to break monotony. It's difficult and I can't see how it's sustainable long term. The people who are on carnivore for years must be very disciplined. I like veggies and fruits so I'm out. I understand low carb and low sugar and I'm ok with that but just meat is kind of whack for me. If it works for people I'm glad but I need like a spinach salad and some broccoli every week.

      every diet works if you have the discipline to go through with it. people just like to minmax their weight loss so the diet meta is born. i for one could not just count carbs. i prefer omand because it is simple and i also think that you need some form of fasting before cico because fasting makes you eat less in general.

    You should have pooped by now. Drink more water you are probably dehydrated. You should also salt your meat very well too as that will draw moisture into your stool. Also many cheeses aren't safe for carnivore and many meat products like ham and hot dogs have plant additives that will stop your body from processing all that meat properly. Don't eat anymore cheese, drink a lot of water, and double check what your eating doesn't have any additives.
