I've had digestion issue for a couple years now. I get aches and sharp pains in the middle of my lower abdomen. Quit smoking 9 months ago. Quit drinking 6 months ago. Both of those helped but it's not fully gone. I imagine it's trapped gas, IBS, or something like that. Going to do carnivore as an elimination diet for the next 30 days. Will report back.
I've been on it for four months now. I don't really do any meal planning other than getting what's on sale at my local butcher, but my meals are mostly beef which I eat as rare as possible. My snacks are usually a scoop of full fat greek yogurt, pork rinds, homemade jerky or a bit of cheese.
As for nutrients I just eat some beef liver mixed with ground beef, and formed into a patty, once a week. The most important thing is you eat as fresh as possible, as meat is already packed with vitamins and minerals.
I've heard it usually happens due to coming from a high carb diet, eat too much fat, or if you drink water along with your meals.
I came from a strict keto diet, so I never had any issues with it. But I got hit by constipation due to not eating enough fat.
If you don't have a functioning gallbladder, you need to limit your fat consumption to once a day. I'm taking your word for it, however many people consider themselves carnivore yet still drink coffee, which causes diarrhea.
Low fat/CICO leads to gallstones, inevitably leading to having your gallbladder removed, which impacts your ability to store bile to digest fats. You didn't know this, but now you do. Be a better person.

So coffee can't be consumed on the carnivore diet? I'm geussing because it's not an animal by product. What does one take in place of coffee or is the food consumed all that's needed?
Tips on what? It's just mostly meat and fat.
Unless you're adamant about no plant products you could always add some Hispanices.

Personally I just make jerky. Way less work in my opinion.
Nope. Carbs are much easier for the body to process into glycogen, where the energy comes from. Your gains from bulking comes from hitting your protein intake goal and staying above your TDEE. If you go carnivore you're going to feel like shit the first couple months, and your lifts will suffer. But once you're over that hurdle there's no issues.
How about a diet plan? What to eat in the morning, what to eat before meals, after, for recover. Some good recipes. What to use for energy. Meals for people of different sizes and different goals (bulking, cutting) etc?
>How about a diet plan?
Eat meat >What to eat in the morning
Whatever you want. I usually go with french scrambled eggs. >what to eat before meals, after, for recover
I assume you mean workout. Whatever you want. Your body already convert protein and fat into glycogen through gluconeogenesis. It takes a while to get used to, though. >Some good recipes
You can look up plenty of dishes, but I usually just go for "keep it simple, stupid": Roasts, steaks, fried/scrambled eggs etc. I'm not completely adamant about no plant parts, so I still use herbs once in a while. >What to use for energy
You body will provide that for you. >Meals for people of different sizes and different goals (bulking, cutting) etc?
Thermodynamics are still in effect. If you eat too much you'll gain weight, and too little you'll lose it. But after I started on carnivore I simply stopped counting calories, as I get satiated before overeating becomes and issue. I'll guess I have to monitor my intake once I reach my goal weight, though.
I would say i eat about 50% animal products. Already traded all seed oil for lard. I intend to increase my % of animal products until 90% over the next 2 years.

Try parasite cleansing and liver flushes. I had really bad IBS for years but managed to cure myself. Check out this book:

How is your vitamin D? 15 min of sunbath every day fixed my digestion issues.
Carnivore diet gave me uncontrollable diarrhea
That seems to be very common for 2 weeks and then your body adjusts.

You just stop drinking the goyslurp.

All of you have eating disorders
Thanks for the info Rabbi
Can I still eat rice? I noticed I get more gains by eating rice before a workout when bulking.

>AND YOUR LIFTS WILL SUFFER
What if I'm frauding while I do it?
I think you could live off pure sugar and e-thot bathwater, and still make gains in that case.

CAN I STILL GOMAD ON CARNIVORE?
Yes.
Yes but you need to up your protein for sugar. Unless you're sedentary you'll be losing muscle.
High-protein carnivore is truth
High fat carnivore is retarded nonsense for fat middle aged Karens and DYELs

Lard is high in linoleic acid so stick with tallow
Shove your meme pill salesmen diet up your ass, fatty.
I feel like both keto and anti-keto posters are memeing, why would anyone care so deeply about some specific diet?
Do you have cheat days when yiu eat goyslop and carbs/sugar?
Been thinking about trying this but how the fuck do you do a cut on it?
You count calories like any other diet
