How do you overcome the liquid poo?

Do you mean like zero carbs? Some carnivore dudes are cook with fruits, honey, and dairy...
When I tried carnivore I felt like I didn't get enough energy for the HIIT that fighting requires. Maybe I did it wrong but I get the carb argument. At least like healthy carbs from like fruits or veggies or something. Also the liquidy poos were a nightmare.

If you consume carbs you're just on an animal based diet. Carnivore solely reflects the cult created by Shawn Baker and the Petersons that claims all you need is New York strip steak and salt. No organs either, just steak. Maybe fish some times.

that ain't carnivore, then, and I love honey and dairy, but it just ain't

wait a couple of weeks for the gut microbiome to adapt. Then the poos go back to normal.

He's the best wrestler in America right now. He just beat America's best wrestler to qualify for the team.

He also says in the interview that his other teammates are going carnivore. So American team has a big advantage until everyone else catches up.

Something lost in this conversation is that no one aspires to compete in the decathlon. It's where coaches stick kids who aren't talented enough to win any single discipline, so you just hope they manage to be decent at several different disciplines. The "best all around athlete" label that gets thrown around is a cope, like when mma fans argue some 5'2" guy is the "best fighter pound for pound." Their entire competition is a consolation prize

This, all top performers eat meat, grains, veggies and fruit. If all these meme diets were so effective we would see every major athlete on them since it would be such an easy way to improve performance.
