Can you really call it living though. Also most centenarians eat meat, eggs and dairy among other things. Therefore meat, eggs and dairy promote longevity.
that's impossible because genetical studies say that people with high cholesterol live less than people with lower cholesterol and meat consumption increases cholesterol so by induction meat cannot promote longevity
that's chud science, the real science says otherwise

All diet science is bunk science.
Unless you're going to control someone from cradle to grace in order to actually measure what they eat for 60-100 years, your not getting anything valuable.
Diet surveys are not accurate. People can't reliably tell you what they ate last week, let alone what they've been eating their whole life.
>genetical studies say that people with high cholesterol live less than people with lower cholesterol
When I google this I can only find articles saying the exact opposite

This is a genetical study on the matter >In univariable mendelian randomisation, genetically elevated apoB in participants was identified to lead to a shorter lifespan >Higher apoB shortens lifespan, increases risks of heart disease and stroke, and in multivariable analyses that account for LDL cholesterol, increases risk of diabetes.

There was no baldness in asian countries until they started eating the western diet
Southern European men suffer from severe pattern loss to the rate of 55%-60%
Every other group of men else except for Northeast Asians, Northern Europeans, except the English, and Aboriginals of the Americas/Pacific Islands/Australia suffer from severepattern loss at a rate of 26%-40%
Northern European men suffer severe pattern loss at a rate of 20%-25%
East Asian men suffer severe pattern loss at a rate of 15%-20%
Aboriginal groups of men suffer severe pattern loss at a rate of 5%-10%
95% of men will see “hairline maturation” and 85% will see age related thinning throughout their life.
45% of Caucasian men and 33% of Non Caucasian men will experience severe hair loss overall
Hair loss stabilizes in the mid 30s
my hairline was fucked after i got trolled into doing the IF fasted cardio longevity bullshit, milk and topical coconut oil have been able to somewhat reverse it
My hair has thankfully started to grow back, and thicker, thanks to my diet. I don't want you to know which diet it is, since it's your job to discern lies from truth. Hylics deserve to be bald.
>anons on /fat/ report a significant amount of hair loss when they're losing too much weight on a short time
You get it back though, it's just from being in a caloric defecit, it's permanent like mpb
diets play a bigger role in balding than you think because they reflect your hormonal profile most of the time, there's a reason why gays who cut too much carbs/fats out of their diet start experiencing more hair loss (ketards and ultra low fat ghouls)
Hair stories thread? >be me, 30 >taking various vitamin supplements since late 20s >start getting white hairs at 28 >pluck them out with tweezers >look up how to stop them from growing >already taking all the vitamin supplements that slow/prevent greying >decide to start eating healthy too >dont get any new white hairs for a week >relapse, eat mcdonalds >get a couple more white hairs >realise that its goyslop thats causing it >stop eating shit food, decide to stick to my diet >not long after, get another white hair >a few days after that, another >have a serious think about my life, and how normal people dont have to take vitamin supplements and how much of a waste of time it all is >decide to stop taking them >havent gotten any new white hairs in months
I agree that a white streak or two are cool, but I only had single white hairs popping up in various places. I do know a guy who has two white streaks though, he had it since he was 16 and it's because of two moles on his scalp that depigment the hair around them.
>vitamin supplements
Copper is necessary for melanin synthesis and zinc inhibits copper absorption. You were probably taking too much zinc and it depleted you of copper.
Yea probably this. I did the same taking 50mg zinc and got a ton of white hair a few months later along with a bunch other side effects. Im thinking most vitamin supplements are a scam or outright harmful besides vitamin d
>ingest the milk of a pregnant animal of another species >loaded with natural estrogens and synthetic growth hormones >your own biology suffers
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN
Humans have been drinking milk for thousands of years, we literally co-evolved with cattle for it. It's not some unnatural modern thing like you vegan retards like to push.
>everything else causes baldness but not my shitty genetics

Children's blood is vegan?
>the vegan redditor admits to being low T
That's the best a bloated, vegan garden gnome can look.
This picture has such a threatening aura to it. He looks like one of those Japanese river demons that lure children into the water.
he lures them to his bed instead
Why would you even take this unflattering picture in the first place?
Mostly to brag about how progressive they are for being for being retarded, ugly and gay.
I've literally never seen a bald azn
There was no baldness in asian countries until they started eating the western diet
I sincerely doubt this lmao
Good for you

neat. 27yr old elliot roger here. norwood 2.
I let my hair grow out most of my life, so I can cope with it leaving me.
my hairline was fucked after i got trolled into doing the IF fasted cardio longevity bullshit, milk and topical coconut oil have been able to somewhat reverse it
OP here again, and would you look at that. I uploaded the wrong image a second time! Don't worry, this time I'm sure I got it right.
parmesan cheese and Greek yogurt are god's food.
thanks for the input, Ahmet

>he thinks it has to do with the physical a la diet
Spoken like a true hylic.
>DUDE LE GENETICS!
lots of anons on /fat/ report a significant amount of hair loss when they're losing too much weight on a short time
>he thinks it has to do with the physical a la genetics
Again, spoken like a true hylic.

You can't diet yourself into male pattern baldness. That's purely genetic.
well yes you can, just go to the keto subplebbit
>he thinks the body and the soul aren’t connected
Balding is natural

White streaks of hair are kino, gay
I agree that a white streak or two are cool, but I only had single white hairs popping up in various places. I do know a guy who has two white streaks though, he had it since he was 16 and it's because of two moles on his scalp that depigment the hair around them.
Sad that there's no cure for that
Fasting + keto carnivore (70% fat always) = white hair reversal.
>vitamin supplements

vitamin d is a scam too
i took it for a year, didnt notice any difference
stopped taking it, no difference
waste of time and money
How much were you taking? Also if you weren't deficient to begin with why would you notice a difference?
Causes balding for real.
christ you guys are insane
JUST EAT GOOD FOOD AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE STOP WORRYING ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU SCHIZOPHRENIC FUCKS

Appeal to historicity fallacy try again
what is it in dairy that you think causes balding?
>no u
I accept your concession
I'm not the same poster
just asking a question, what is it in dairy that you think causes balding?
Nothing. Maybe if you want to be a sperg about it, the fats may raise testosterone production which causes balding.
>something can't be bad if it has been done for a long time
>something can't be bad if it has been done for a long time
Yes.
Prove it
why would dairy cause balding?
>nonwhite thread
Fuck off I WILL take fin and I WILL drink milk and you cannot stop me
