        wow indeed. What it shows is that people aren't getting fat on ribs, brisket and heavy cream. How are they consuming so much vegetable oil? A while ago, bread was flour, water, yeast and salt. It had a crispy chewy crust and was shit by the 3rd day. They could make a softer dough, called enriched, but it required butter, milk, eggs or olive oil, so it was pricier. Enter vegetable oil and now all bread is soft, no crust, keeps on the shelf for two weeks. Pastries used to be expensive but now they can be cheap. Same for cookies. If you wanted to deep fry stuff you needed a vat of lard, now you don't.

    Red meat and fruit are all you have to eat and is the best thing to eat. You should never eat any vegetable oil. Poultry is easy to load with toxins and fish can absorb lots of different types of toxins so you should really be careful with your source on those.
