        My legs are actually really strong. I can max out the leg curl machine and do reps endlessly.
        My core is weak, i used to be really skinny so never bothered with abs.
        As for my chest, believe me, i know what im doing. i was just dealt a bad hand genetically so my chest refuses to grow. I do incline bench (25kg for 12+ reps) and flies. Chest has been my priority since day 1.

    I’ve seen a lot of mixed opinions (and research) on skin+sun… the sad truth is that I was in the sun today for probably 30 minutes total. I still ended up getting burnt. Usually this is the type of burn that I’ll have if I actually put on high SPF sunscreen and stay out in the sun for 2 to 3 hours. At the same time, if I don’t get direct sunlight for too long, I become very depressed and lethargic. True enough, getting enough natural sunlight is extremely important for optimal mental health, it’s also just good for your body in general, but my natural skin tone is supposed to be bright, reflective white. I’m kind of scared that I’ve already done a horrendous amount of damage because the pattern where I have sunburn right now is usually just a big wall of freckles. Should I just be Microdosing sunlight? is there really any way to reverse sun damage, or is that just woman’s pseudoscience to sell random creams and serums and supplements?

        Why take a pill when it’s FREE AND I JUST HAVE TO STAND OUTSIDE to get it? My mom is essentially walking sun poisoning because she never ever uses sunscreen and stayed out in the sun for hours and hours on end, my sister is still a reflective white and avoids the sun at all costs.               The results on humans were inconclusive, however even in worst cases sunburn is far, far more carcinogenic than slathering yourself with sunscreen. Given how there's no real alternative to sunscreen or covering your skin up (enjoy swimming in sweat) there's no real alternative if you're out and about in a sunny weather.
              There's also mineral sunscreens, those with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide - the ingredients don't get absorbed by the skin and are still effective at absorbing UV. But this is largely pointless unless you bathe in the stuff for 8 months a year or if everybody in your family tree died of skin cancer before 30.

My mom is pretty lucky, though considering that she does not have any skin cancer yet at the age of 50.           Yes, you need to gradually increase your sun exposure over time to allow your body to adjust to it. Start with maybe 15 minutes every day in the sun, then after a couple weeks increase it to 30, then after a couple more weeks increase it to 45, and so on. The people who end up with cancer are the ones who get almost no sun and then suddenly go on vacation where they're in it constantly for a week straight, shit like that, sudden overexposure. Your body can adjust to more sun, it just takes time.
          Also stop consuming seed oils.

I used to be extremely susceptible to sunburn when I had a bad diet, ever since I started eating more natural, unprocessed foods I have had nowhere near as much issue with sunlight, and I know at least two others who experienced the same phenomenon. Nowadays I never apply sunscreen my home country even on hot days - only if I'm in a foreign hot country and the sun is really intense will I put some on. Even then being in the shade is better.

      If you live somewhere without much sunlight just supplement with D3, seriously. If you're worried about aging apply a *natural* SPF to only your face and neck and go soak up the sun with your limbs and torso.

        Start fat. It's super easy for me to 210 lb from whatever starting weight if I follow my appetite and desires. Only plus for me is that I usually desire to eat meat or healthy carbs and not sugary stuff.

        Last time I posted progress photos was in 2014. I was 220lb when I started super fat. Then I see creased to 160 in a year while lifting and I slowly crept up to 190 and got stuck there until last year when I went on my first real bulk where I got to 215.

        Had an unrelated surgery and got to 185 and am Now back to 200lb. I am planning to cut and hopefully be below 180 by the summer.
