        I'm gonna have a full time unpaid internship while searching for jobs plus cooking and cleaning, so I most likely won't have the money and time anymore.         My bathroom mirror and gym mirror are above a countertop, I’ll have to find a full-length mirror at some point to post legs.

        Also I’ve posted legs before. They used to be sticks, they’re still relatively small. I’m a runner, and every time I improve my 10k time my squat drops another 5lbs. So no powerlifter is going to be impressed by my legs.

      If your lifts are going up, then you are adding muscle. Fat is an unwelcome side effect of bulking, but there are costs and benefits to everything.

          Except now that you’ve lost weight, your calorie needs have decreased so you’re probably stalling.
          And you are lifting, right? If not, you’re gonna look soft and squishy no matter how much weight you lose.
          You’ll need to reduce calories even more now.
          Personally, I wouldn’t start bulking until I was around 11-12% bodyfat.

You can maintain for a bit if you want and ride the strength gains without getting fatter, do a mini cut so you feel better psychologically before another bulk, or just keep gaining weight and building muscle if you feel like you don't have diet fatigue from gaining so much weight.

                Just for an alternate perspective from this, I started as a skinny guy too (125lbs) and bulked to 155, took a break, bulked to 173, did a lil cut, and then bulked back up to 173, and that whole process suited me well. If you can get over the psychology of getting a little bit of a gut, having some excess bodyfat can really just keep the muscle gains coming, assuming you're pushing hard on the right program.

      How often do you run? Times? Distance? When I got into running I went from never having ran since high school to doing 10km in under an hour 4-5 days a week in a bit over a month. I lost 20lb in that time despite going 500-1000 cal over maintenance each day since I was burning like 800 from the run. You just have to run more and push yourself.

I've been lifting on-and-off since I was 15 so I'm pretty good at dialing in my regime when I start getting in shape for summer. picrel is my average daily macros, almost entirely from wholefood meals I cook myself. I lift for upper body volume 2x a week and sprinkle in 1x calisthenics for core and 2x cycling sessions for legs/ass. The results are usually pretty good after 8 weeks or so, but I always look like shit in pics because I'm tall and natty. Doesn't really matter because I'm also handsome and know how to dress well. Don’t run with it.” My smart ass figured I wouldn’t run, but I would speed walk, because I was excited. I spilled the hot wax all over both of my hands, it’s splattered up my forearms, And luckily, I was wearing jeans, so my legs were protected. Second-degree burns on contact, massive blisters, but the wax was stuck to the blisters so I couldn’t get the wax off, and it stayed burning my flesh.                 It's a scrub that's formulated for keratosis pilaris, but also works great to prevent ingrowns. It's a bit strong for mons pubis so only use once every four days or so. Smoothest combo is waxing + exfoliating + moisturizing. once you start waxing, NEVER shave, just keep waxing or tweezing, this will make the hairs grow back thinner and thinner over time and make the waxing less painful. If you shave you're letting the root of the hair grow deeper/stronger.

I know I like sugar and salt scrubs, I know I like my micro glass exfoliator, I know to exfoliate before I shave and moisturize after, I know to only use very light moisturizer on my face, I know I have very sensitive skin and have allergic reactions easy, I know shaving my pubes will pretty much always result in bumps and if I shave against the grain I’m going to bleed a LOT. All my parents ever taught me was

                Understandable anon. Honestly, I would minimize shaving as much as possible, waxing is painful at first but if you're really scared you can take some ibuprofen 30 minutes prior. Sugar and salt scrubs are okay if you have a wiener, but if you have a vegana it can cause yeast infections. A basic facial cleanser/moisturizer like cetaphil is great, especially if you have sensitice skin, and if you're outside a lot, get a lightweight sunscreen (I use the cetaphil one as well) and get in the habit of putting that on after moisturizing in the morning. Basic soap in the shower is fine and then exfoliate with something 2-3 times a week. Wash your hair with shampoo at the beginning of your shower, rinse, put on conditioner, and then do the rest of your shower stuff while it sits in your hair, then rinse and get out. And put on lotion after taking a shower. There's a brand called Sol de Janeiro that has a product called Brazilian Bum Bum cream that will make you BABY soft. Those are the basics, and keeping it simple is better. Anything beyond that is more about solving problems than stuff everyone needs to do. If your hair is dry and brittle, do a moisturizing hair mask 1-2 times a week. If you have acne, use glycolic acid or salicylic acid. If you have dark scars or hyperpigmentation, use niacinamide. If you have fine lines/wrinkles, use retinol, etc. But yeah, shaving is the devil and most people who do it eventually end up switching to waxing, epilating, or laser removal.

                The KP scrub is ok for mons pubis area, just don't use it everyday. The sugar scrub is only an issue because of the sugar, which can drip into the actual veganal area and stimulate the growth of yeast or worse, bacterial vaginosis. Stick to plain soap for your c**t, and stay away from the specialty veganal soaps, they will destroy you even if they say they're "ph balanced." And NEVER wash the inside. The interior of the vegana is self-cleaning via discharge, putting anything inside it can cause all sorts of weird smells and problems because it messes with the natural flora. I don't have much experience with eczema but I would avoid too much steroid usage, I've seen some pretty nasty topical steroid withdrawal. Keep super moisturized, I think buying something like Working Hands cream would be a good idea.

            Just lie to your parents and say it's for swimming/track etc. Or say you're talking to a girl and she thinks hairy legs are gross (this is something I have witnessed) Most people don't care or won't pry if you give even a sliver of an excuse. Honestly, 99% of people will not give a shit if you just say "I didn't like the hair." No one in uni will care about it either. They key is to act like it's totally normal (because it is)

              I convinced mine that the epilator was to prevent stubble and that shaving was getting tedious.
              While epilation works for bulk areas, harder to get areas on the face and neck can sometimes cause bleading. Get good with tweezers and plucking (it feels much softer than epilation), I have no stubble 90% of the time,

                I got mine with a gift card thankfully.
                Forgot to mention I do only of plucking for the jawline and upper lip because those areas are too delicate/sensitive.

    Am I making okay progress on my arms bros? Started lifting around New Years. Picked up some adjustable dumbbells and a bench and have been sticking with it pretty regularly. Wish I took a photo before I started, but I feel stronger than before.

      Huge frame. You could be a beast but you really gotta lose the fat. Especially since you have pancake nipples. Luckily you don't have the mantit gyno problem, so feel blessed there. Focus on more calisthenics and cardio than weight training.

        i dont really enjoy calisthenics pushups always felt awkward and never gave me the results bench press did, i have yet to try pullups but im way too heavy for those right now

    I’ve switched from 60 ab-workout reps every other lifting day to 100 ab-workout reps every lifting day. Switched to only doing ass to grass squat ROM. Yoga on rest days. Primarily vegan diet.
