        I just pick four basic calisthenics movements and do them to failure for 2-3 sets depending on how tired I am
        4 times a week and walk a lot. Mainly pull ups, push ups, dips, bodyweight rows, bodyweight squats and various core exercises. I was doing a lot of running before but not so much in the last month since I moved house.
        What do you do for shoulders? I think shoulders and arms aren't a genetic strong point for me so I definitely need to be hitting them a lot more.

            No, your diet is causing that. You are going to put a band-aid on your problem by removing an organ vital for fat digestion. That's a really bad idea. Your doctor is most likely ordering this surgery because they think you won't be able to fix your problem on your own (aka changing your diet) and they are unfortunately probably right. Just wanted to let you know that you don't have to remove your gallbladder and you can change this problem on your own if that's something that's important to you.

            I’m literally an RD and will say that’s not true, some people have legitimate digestion issues and a cholecystectomy is the only / best resolution to the problem. I’m an advocate for diet and lifestyle changes #1 but it doesn’t fix everything. Granted if anon has never given a low fat diet A good chance then yeah try that first, but it doesn’t work for everyone.

Leaning towards the dropping out part given that you tried to make a dig at me for student loan debt despite med students being at least 200k in debt by the time they finish.                 Yeah, both me. The first pic was me first thing in the morning, fasted, before my morning walk. Second is at the end of hitting back and biceps, but I've always been pretty vascular so once I actually get lean I'll be fricking dickskin shredded with enough veins that I'd have to be careful around stacks of paper.

    I hit my obliques hard, which results in less of a v-shape at my level, hence why many bodybuilders avoid working obliques. My lats are actually quite strong (185 pound pendlay rows for reps; can do tons of pull ups) but my obliques make that less evident. If anything, I probably need to work on incorporating more rear deltoid work in order to spread the width of my upper body. Regarding arms, I think you’re correct there. At the moment, I am cutting so my core priority is to hold onto the strength I developed before bulking this winter. I will develop the above mentioned areas this winter.

        I cut very slowly as I approach my goal weight. At this point I may be losing about 1 lb per 2-4 weeks so deficit may be about 100-200 calories on average. It keeps my hunger down, energy up, and strength up.

        I eat around 2200 calories across three meals. Roughly 150g protein and 150g carbs a day. I workout 7 days a week and run 2-3 days a week.
