What people rarely tell you is that the place you get the best gains from losing weight is the face. I would bet your face looks significantly better and more attractive than before. While a nice body is nice to have, a good face/neck is your social status decider.

Proof of what? Yes, I'll never compare to them, and working out hasn't improved anything significant in my life. I stay out of the water, I don't wear bathing suits, I don't wear shorts, I always cover up and if any guy were to see my backside I know they'd vomit in disgust.
