I like running and swimming but everytime I get chaffing on my thighs. They are pretty thick (not fat). What is the best way to stop it? Any underwear for exercise I buy start pilling within a couple of uses.

Post thighs or you are fat and coping
fat shaming is no joke gents...
Lmao fatty
What's your BMI
26. 193cm/97kg. Also carrying a lot of muscle. But this was going on even when I weighed 75kg and looked like a twig.
Narrow hips? Mine are pretty wide and I have to get over 100kg at 5'10 to have an issue.
Wide hips, narrow waist, big thighs (circumference of 24in each) and my knees kind of bend inwards a bit so that closes my legs a bit more
>they are thick (not fat)
>overweight BMI
You're fat. Lose weight.
My BMI is currently 23.1 and I still get chafing. Cursed genetics in conjunction with too tight pants I guess.
Get a blood test for vitamin D.
Take wider steps. I am at 33bmi and only get mild chaffing
body glide
This. I used body glide on my nipples and thighs during long runs.
How do you wear underwear with it going between your legs. Do I need tighty whiteys?
I've been there. Unless you post body I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you are indeed fat. I used to have huge issues with chafing to the point where I couldn't walk the day after but they all went away when I went down to a normal BMI
My dad used gold bond or whatever whenever he did his yearly Grand Canyon Rim to Rim
>Thighs chaffing from swimming
What the fuck are you doing you fat fucking retard?
lose weight
>chaffing
>thick (not fat)
hey fatty, you are fat
Fat people be like: Why does my body have so many problems????
>not fat
I have narrow hips and muscular thighs from cycling. The main cause of chafing on inner thighs for me is the pants' seam in the groin. If the pants aren't pulled up so that the seam is right below my balls, and aren't secured with a belt it means problems. Painful inflammations, sometimes zits with white pus that are very uncomfortable to live with.
So on long multi-day hikes I stick some climbing tape on the problematic spot so that there's an additional layer of protection between the skin and the pants.
You lose weight that's the only solution.
A friend has the same problem, only he ever had that problem it was horrible.
He's fat.
One time it got so bad it developed an open burn wound.
I'd be very careful and fix it ASAP (lose weight).
That kind of injury super easily infects and lands you in ER or worse.
A&D ointment
>If your thighs are very muscular...
Use running shorts with full length inserts. The synthetic fabric won't pill.
>If you're lying to yourself or to IST and your BMI is over 24
Stop. Eating. Fatty.
What is wrong with opening your legs?
I dont even feel my thighs when I run, only when I walk.
You should open your legs, point the feet forward and let the muscle stretch
Buy underpants like these. Your live will improve significantly.
These days I wear compression shorts whenever I go for a long walk
>They are pretty thick (not fat)
I don't get it
>X has property Y (X does not have property Y)
what did OP mean by this inconsistent construction?
Body glide on the thighs. 3m micropore tape on the nips.
Also, I have bought some New Balance performance boxer briefs. Mainly I wear them for winter running under pants, but they seem to be good in summer under shorts also, in lieu of shorts with the built in liner.
