          Listen, I actually dont mind eating the water/fruit/veg/meat only diet, it is amazing that it gives me like 6 months worth of fatloss in like 4 weeks, and it makes my asthma go away.

          The point is, do I just have to accept Ill have to eat that way forever to be lean and healthy? If so, its fine, Im just wondering if thats the case for me.

          IT seems like it is.

          I do have an all or nothing kind of mindset that i cant seem to defeat. Like I said, I cant just have a little bit of pasta, its either none, or a massive bowl of it.

      Nah, ive done that. I have water/meat/fruit/veg as the base of my diet, adding anything extra ontop of that starts causing me health issues (asthma) and to gain fat.

      Its only when I strip everything away but the bare necessities of the water/meat/fruit/veg that I start being healthy and melting fat off.

      The moment I had any simple carb or processed food all my health issues & weight gain start up again

            200g broccoli/whatever boiled steam veggies

            Lunch 2
            60g pasta
            150g low fat meat
            200g whatever tomato onion shit good with meat pasta

            Meal 4
            60g oats
            100g banana
            200g milk
            50ish gram blueberries or whatever berries
            150g eggs

            Why can't you do this?
            1. Its because you never tried.
            2. You haven't found any meals that are tasty enough, easy to cook, are healthy, have low calories,
            3. Because you are a lazy fat fuck.

            Because of the food you eat. You haven't taken the time to create a low caloric diet with decent meals that include all the different things like the one i just lined out. To you having some pasta means having some huge as fuck pasta meal with all kinds of retarded shit in it like cheese, oil, all kinds of fucking sauces, making a big fat portion and so on. Just fucking cook the pasta and throw some low caloric ketchup and sauce on it and keep it small.

                If you want to go from all or nothing you have to

                1. Fix your mindset around food.
                - you are not eating pasta because its good and "omg a delivious pasta meal" you are eating some pasta to give you energy and sustain you trough your day.
                2. Learn to cook, learn more healthy meals, learn the whole organization and logistics around food.

                If you can't make a small pasta meal without adding all the fatso shit to it then you won't be able to have a non-fat diet, and you won't be able to fix your all or nothing approach. The approach to fixing the all or nothing approach is to also fix the types of meals you create.

                You like so many other fail to the get to the middleway of eating. You either go all or nothing. Only fruit and veg and meat or only shit food. Find the in between.

                It is of course an example, make it fit your calories. You can make double that and split it over two meals. If it hurts your fat fucking brain to boil so little then boil the veggies with the pasta.
