Changing squat to bench Press in stronglifts (3)5x5

If i have big legs in comparsion with upper body, Will it be good change to stronglift5x5(i do 3x5 cause of not having enough Time) i change squat with benchpress (i have underdeveloped chest)
So my A workout would be (maybe incline/decline) bench OHP, Deadlift and workout B would be bench squat row

    Yes. Those stronglift programs have too much squatting. It's always recommended to keep the squatting to once a week and supplement with more benching/ohp/ dips or pull ups

      I wouldn't change the program. I would do different variations of squats.

      Wouldn't switching up squats to bench create the same problems? Simply go at squats with lower intensity and go balls to the wall with bench.

      squatting twice a week is perfectly fine, just do calves 2x a week as well and maybe 1 or 2 isolation sets a week in lb muscles you feel you are lagging in

      doing shit like leg extensions and curls constantly is the absolute gayest shit

    The reason why it's squat x3 a week and not bench or press x3 a week is because as a total noob this prolongs the program because you can keep increasing your squat for a long while, if you do bench x3 you will stall faster.
    Not necessarily a bad thing, but you need to know what to do when that happens.
    Do starting strength in stead of stronglifts

    Swap SL for GSLP. They're both SS knockoffs so it'll be an easy switch, but you'll drop the squats to 2x/week and you add AMRAPs so you'll get more upper body volume in.

    Just throw in some chinups and an arm superset at the end of each day and you'll be good
