Bell peppers, eggplant, any veggies that would pair with it, cook it saucy rather than just having it dry

Unless you're against vegetables too. Which I realise now I wrote as a joke but frick I remembered I'm on IST

could always do a stir fry but with lettuce or spinich instead of rice.

cut up the breast into small pieces

fry up your chicken with any sauce or seasoning

grab some mushrooms, bell peppers, broccoli, any other veggie you like, mix it in with the sauce if you had some

pepper it and you're good to go. meal preppable too

My go-to because I'm too lazy to marinate the day before:
    >cut chicken breast into thin strips
    >cut up bell pepper and sweet onion
    >cook pepper and onion in pan over low heat
    >take veggies out when they're starting to brown (but DON'T remove the juices)
    >cook chicken breast over medium-low heat until starting to brown
    >throw veggies back in and cook until chicken is to your liking
The chicken soaks up the taste from the vegetables so it doesn't taste like bland styrofoam.

i put oil or lard into a pan, about a tablespoon, then place my half of chicken breast cut into fillets, salt them, cover and turn on medium. I dont keep track of time but about 5 min later i remove the cover and flip the pieces. 3-4 min later i flip again and turn of the fire. You get good golden chicken with some crisp to them. I season them with paprika after putting them on plate so i can use the same pan tommorow cause im a dusgusting frick

    >Cut the breast in half, length wise so you have two pieces with more consistent thickness
    >season with salt & pepper
    >mix whatever your favorite blend of seasonings is into some mayo
    >coat your chicken pieces with this
    >lay chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet
    >option to put a layer of cheese (or bread crumb topping) over the chicken now
    >16 minutes at 425F
