lol salt still contributes to high blood pressure. it's about the standard american diet containing WAY too much salt for what a healthy person should be consuming. of course you can eat a healthy amount and be fine
I used to combine it with a can of beans and homemade beef sauce on some rigatoni, but its really not worth it anymore. The prices they usually go for are just a few bucks short of a whole pack of chicken breasts, and at that point you might as well get the breasts.
Just because salt isn’t inherently bad doesn’t mean high sodium levels are good, especially since the average person is on some level dehydrated because for some god forsaken reason they don’t drink water often if at all.
Just eat chicken breast or fish. It's the same low fat high protein but actually good.

If you are on IST there is an improved chance that you are not a cheeseburger inhaling ham planet who goes to Starbucks three times a day and rolls around with a box of Cheez Itz and a brick of cheese, or if you are you are trying to improve yourself.
Drink water and exercise. That is what this forum is all about.
I can't digest chicken. My farts become toxic. Literally had people puke before because all it does is sit in my intestines and rot so when I fart it destroys the room. I get really sick from it for days too.
>Literally had people puke before because all it does is sit in my intestines and rot so when I fart it destroys the room.
This sounds fricking awesome
>Heavy metal poisoning is real.
Not from chicken it isn't. You didn't even read the thread, you just saw the picture and assumed it was tuna, didn't you?
anyone else feeling nausea after eating one?
And I don't mean the taste, I actually get slightly light headed and nausea after I eat one
It intensifies after eating two
Been a staple of mine for over a year now. I have a tin for dinner, without fail, every single night. Wrap it up in a low-carb tortilla, put some hot sauce in, spinach, and a hard-boiled egg. God-tier dinner with excellent macros
Because cooking is fun and fulfilling, I would shoot myself if I had to eat canned food every fricking day.
If you never learn to cook you are crippling your fitness and, in all honesty, missing out on a huge part of life.
>40g of protein per can
Confirmed you can't even read a label. It's 22-24g for over a dollar. Awful cost:protein ratio, smells awful (rancid) everyone hates you for opening it and it's filled with plastic.
Check the salt
>salt bad
Boomer moronation

Oh no, if only there was a way to counteract this!?... Like drinking water.

Bullshit
I NEED the salt you homosexual
But I do anon.
canned chicken and tuna makes my piss/penis smell like death
Don't do asparagus
Metal toxicity and a good chance of it being at least partly rotten
This

Why do redditgays come here just to reply “this”? You didn’t have a single thing to add?
They miss their upvote button
If it smells ok it won't be rotten. Depends on how they can it for the metal part.

Keep it for emergencies. Heavy metal poisoning is real.

Brutal
deenz is better
>canned food
No thanks.
chicken is already pretty cheap bro.
I would rather have tuna or deenz for them omega 3's.
Canned food is before you
heh
Sodium content.
Plus canned food.
Just eat chicken breast or fish. It's the same low fat high protein but actually good.
Nothing inherently wrong with canned food though....
>Nothing inherently wrong with canned food
except the endocrine disrupting ingredients used in can liners
>though....
it's too late
this
cans are now lined with plastic
cheap plastic that leaches nasty shit into the canned food
because its cheap as frick to buy it raw and cook it to your liking?

A couple of reasons:
It smells bad
It tastes bad
I'm not poor enough to where I have to supplement gross cheap meat for taste expensive meat
Because cooking is fun and fulfilling, I would shoot myself if I had to eat canned food every fricking day.

At $5 a can it's to expensive. I can buy a pack if chicken breasts for $10 and get 5x the amount of meat
Enjoy your mercury
It’s not as cheap per serving as just buying a whole chicken and putting it in the oven
Tastes like shit, rather get fresh chicken.
