For me it's usually an energy drink like bang or reign, a candy bar and a 7/11 pastry. Reminds me of being 14 with nothing to do and no friends, I would get a big gulp and a snack at 7/11 almost every day and sit in a secluded spot by a river

        >One average American meal
I'd say that's a farily smallish amount of food? I wouldn't want to eat all of that but I certainly could

You're right, I should have said average American snack. My mistake.

Lets break down OP's meal using this chart to find the calories, salt, and sugar

    https://www.fiveguys.com/-/media/public-site/files/allergen-ingredients-and-nutrition-info/allergen-guide/nutrition-allergen-march-2018-us.ashx

    1 hamburger patty - 302 kcal, 50mg sodium, 0g sugar
    1 bun - 240, 330, 8
    ketchup - 30, 160, 4
    lettuce - 3, 3, 0
    pickles - 4, 260, 0
    tomato - 8, 3, 1
    cheese - 70, 310, 4
    grilled onion - 11, 1, 1
    grilled mushroom - 19, 55, 1
burger total - 687 kcal, 1172 mg sodium, 17g sugar

    1 regular sized fries - 953 kcal, 962mg sodium, 4g sugar

burger and fries total - 1640kcal, 2134mg sodium, 21g sugar

1 five guys shake with whipped cream and strawberry mix in (pretty sure that's what it is) - 740kcal, 370mg sodium, 92g sugar

burger fries and shake total - 2380kcal, 2504mgsodium, 113g sugar

So OP, do you still think your "cheat meal" is worth it?

did you even read op? he had a double cheeseburger and chocolate peanut butter malt. the only thing you got right was the fries.

yeah mb, his meal is worse than I thought

oh whoops, that's the meal in OP's pic not the one he ate. His double cheeseburger is 984kcal, 1894mg sodium, and 16g sugar assuming it's just a bun, 2 patties, and 2 slices of cheese. But I assume you probably had more shit on it too, so add accordingly.

Your chocolate malt with peanut butter is roughly 1150kcal (+/- around 300), 700mg sodium, 127g sugar.

So assuming you had a regular fries your meal would be 3087kcal, 3556mg sodium, 160g sugar.
