Chicken breast has gotten really fricking expensive. I've resorted to making burgers from ground thigh meat but I'm getting bored of it.
What should I buy to diversify my protein intake? It's rough getting 190 grams per day

>not eating beef every day
I've eaten New York strips or ribeyes or burgers every day for 2 months kek
It's now cheaper to get choice strips ($7.99/lb when on sale which is always) here in Chicago than it is Chicken
I wish I could but I live in Slav country so people don't really eat steak. All the stuff we have is imported so a lot more expensive. Even beef shoulder or other cheap stew cuts are more expensive than chicken.
Liver once a week.
Shit is packed with nutrients.
advice on how to prepare it?
I've never had anything like it. I want to like it but im sensitive to textures and can't stomach seafood and im thinking I'll have a hard time with it.
patee is pretty good and theres no texture issue. easy to make too. but if you dont like the taste your only real option would be to blend it and add it to a bolognese for example
I just bought 3lbs of chicken breast for 20 bucks and there was a 1 per person sign. Anybody know why we're having a shortage, other than the usual US turning into a 3rd world country shenanigans.
