I drink a lot of coffee and green tea and occasionally water when I'm thirsty.
coffee with butter or cream and salt after you wake up then wait 1-2 hours and only then breakfast. increase your fat intake in general if you havent tried it already.

it's a bit of a pseudoscience but i always have the urge to poop right after waking up whenever i'm sleeping on my left side. also you might not be eating enough solid foods, i used to have the same problem when i first started a pro-metabolic approach, eat more whole fruits or add bamboo shoots/white button mushrooms
Go carnivore and your digestion will be completely easy, solid and regular in just a few days. You shouldn't need to take supplements or have some carefully planned concoction of exotic vegetables just to have normal poops.

So people on those sorts of diets are constantly going from constipation to diarrhoea depending on their fibre consumption. It's best to get off that modernist fad diet completely, ignore ~~*nutritionists*~~ and similar folks who push these fad foods and you will get enormous digestive benefits.
I started fingering my asshole and manually pulling the poop out and now I poop a minimum of twice a day even when I don't do it that day. You might think I'm meming but I'm not. I actually poop so often it's kind of inconvenient.
Get suppositories. Look into VIP spray if you have a leaky gut.

You need to drink way more water and eat more vegetables and fruits

and most importantly, don't skim too much carbs or fat

you arent getting enough fiber. probably not enough water either.
eat beans for a couple of days and drink tons of water and see how well you shit. you can also take psyllium husk
are you getting enough salt and sugar? also try sleeping on your left side
salt will do the opposite of what he needs. you want your stools to bulk up by absorbing water, which is what fiber and water does

well you lack fibers it's pretty obvious
i poop about half dozen perfectly round balls every other day. Nont sure whats going on.
