Yeah, turns out it was just bipolar with super long depressive episodes.
It’s type 2 so I just take modafinil and/or adderall to power through bad times and don’t medicate good times since I just am really productive and charming for a few months (as opposed to delusional with type 1).

      Anonymous

How do you get diagnosed with this? Most psychiatrist simply ask you about your symptoms and check the DSM. I don't want to take ssri because they can affect mental state and it is already bad enough as it is, don't want to become even more tired than i already am

You tested for other problems? Like hormones, apnea?

        Anonymous

I didn’t; there isn’t mental health anything in my country. It’s just something I came to understand after ruling out every possible physical problem and noticing patterns and trying different psychiatric drugs off grey markets.
SSRIs aren’t really a good idea with bipolar since it usually just triggers a manic episode. I can’t take them for that reason.
        >You tested for other problems? Like hormones, apnea?
        Yeah, everything.

tried upping electrolyte? high potassium, high sodium, high magnesium. dont do high calcium though lol.
what about just eating more carbs and sugar. like have a tablespoon of honey per day or something

      Anonymous

I got all of those checked twice, no problem and i already take honey as weird as it soon daily

i know it sounds counterintuitive, but start increasing your workload little by little. like go for a walk for 10min after waking up and once again in the evening. then a couple minutes more. then do a push-up here and there and so on. also do this with your daily routine. set a time when you will do things like basic hygiene. then add a set time for some housework and so on. lists and a diary are your best friends during this time.

if you feel weak, you get easy on yourself, which in return makes you even weaker and the cycle continues. of course it could be some illness but after all your tests it seems it's psychological

I have done that a lot but it just makes me more tired not energetic, like literally i start wanting to sleep if i start running everyday even 1h a day

Bet its just coffe. Takes a while to heal though. Will be worse for a while. Sucks to loose your crutch but i get reckt by it when i used it alot when i felt down. As far as i know you should also check diabetes. The one you get from sugar

Only drink 1 coffee each month, and doubt its diabete checked three time my rate and nothing up

Sounds like we're both in a similar state, OP. I'm gonna try and get tested for sleep apnea myself and also try to get ahold of modafinil to see what it does

Did you check vitamin levels? I found out recently I was low on D, ferritin/iron, and b12. Probably due to stomach issues. Just one of these 3 problems can cause chronic fatigue.

Your doctor took your tsh and ruled out hypothyroidism, that doesn't mean you don't have it. Do you know that the "acceptable" range of TSH changes quite regularly? Do you know doctors can barely even agree on what good TSH even is?

Whatever you do, dont start going easy on yourself because of the fatigue, it will only make it worse for you and send you down a depression-spiral.
i started feeling the same way and slowly stopped training as hard, let myself take days off, ate much more food, and over the years i ended up like this. Im still exhausted, no matter what i try i never get good sleep.
I have sleep apnea and i tried a cpap mask. It didnt work, but thanks to using it i noticed that my nose clogs up, not with snot, but simply closes up during the night.

Sleeping with an inclined bed seems to alleviate this, which i noticed yesterday when the legs on the bed literally broke from me being too fat and the bed tilted downward. Ill be buying an inclined bed next week

Tl:dr Get your Nose checked out, it might be too narrow in there and cause you to have bad airflow. Also tilt your bed so it tilts downward. Might be your nostrils only clog during the night
