i understand you can measure calories going in but how to measure calories going out am i suppose to weigh my shits and how many calories are in human shit also how do i make myself shit more calories than i eat it doesnt make sense

    You can be strapped to a machine that measure it, or you can use a formula that tells you based off of the average of people that are your same height and weight. The resulting TDEE will be mostly accurate, but may require further adjustment. Personally my calculated TDEE is around 2600, but do to all my activity and lean body mass I’m closer to 3000, I know this because I lose weight when don’t eat that much. TLDR bunch of people made a formula based off measurements. You can find this out by googling TDEE calculator. Take it with a grain of salt and do fine adjustments as needed.

    you don't. You get rid of calories by exhaling. Oxygen goes in, carbon-dioxide goes out. One atom of carbon per two atoms of oxygen. You breathe more on cardio, you get rid of more carbon. According to Google you need 378 liters of oxygen on average per day.
    That's 2.033×10^25 atoms of oxygen, therefore you get rid of 1.02×1025 atoms of carbon. That's 0.203kg of carbon exiting your body every single day. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

    You use a TDEE calculator to estimate it which is probably fairly accurate. After tracking for awhile you can adjust that estimate based on how your weight does or does not change.
